I’ve used a particular brand protein powder for years but that company was bought out and their stuff doesn’t taste good and it seems to not last long before going bad. My brother recommended the Dymatize protein powder because he too found that the other brand was now lacking. I purchased a jug of cookies & cream flavor and HOLY COW I love this stuff! Tastes great and mixes well. I have a bottle blender, shaker cups, and just regular mix it with a spoon and it mixes well with any of them. I’ve tried other flavors as well and they are good too. My favorite it the cookies & cream flavor. I’ve been using this for the last year and a half. It has all I need with the protein and bcaa’s.

This is probably the best tasting protein I’ve ever had. I’ve tried multiple, but seriously ISO has the best flavors. I’ve tried the Dunkin Mocha before which is also pretty good, but the Fudge Brownie flavor is my personal favorite. It’s like I’m drinking chocolate brownie batter with the fudge brownie flavor it’s great 😭. 25g of protein per scoop is pretty cool, but honestly if you need more just up the amount of protein powder usage. Im not a fan of the price personally, but it’s quality stuff. If it’s on sale, you better GRAB IT. Overall, this helps me with maintenance and it tastes great. If you know what you’re doing with workouts, building muscle, AND if you’re mindful of what you put in your system, this is a great option.
