I was initially hesitant about this product because of some of the reviews saying that there is a line when you print out the photo. Or that the photo quality sucks. It did have that on the first photo that I took BUT it disappeared on the second shot. Quality wise, all you have to do is get good lighting and that will solve your problem. The quality isnt 4k but it resembles so much of the 2000’s era giving you that nostalgic feel. The camera itself is easy to use out of the box, but the instructions made it even more easy to use. Plus you would think that the settings on this thing is basic but it actually has more to it. You have a lot of filters to choose from, (they even have goofy ones). You can add music to the sd card included in the package and play it through the camera. It also has games! I would think this is a really good toy for kids who like to start photography or just appreciating the things around them, they can capture it through on this little device; But also as adults who are into cameras, this is also very much enjoyable and pleasing. It’s affordable, no ink needed and the rolls of paper is cheaper than if you had an instax camera and bought 12$ refills for 10 shots. Really a bang for your buck! ... show more

The camera is really cute and the color is fantastic for a young child. My 6 year old niece was able to hold and take pictures and got so excited when they would print out. I'm not sure why It ran out of ink so fast. But other than that, my kids loved. Taking pictures with this and the prints were nice and clear. They only come out in black & white. But they're still a great value for what you pay.

We purchased this as a Christmas present for our child and it never seemed to print correctly but after about a month it just stopped printing altogether. The instruction manual has a troubleshooting section and it says that if you can't get it to work to e-mail them about getting a replacement. I sent an e-mail and when I finally got an e-mail back about a week and a half later it said that they were not the actual sellers of the product but a company representing the seller and that they did not handle replacements. I think that's what is said since it was clearly written by someone who's first language was not English. Anyways, I would not purchase this product as the pictures were of poor quality when they did print but the camera itself is not well-made and I would not expect it to last long. I also found their claim that they would replace the product if faulty in the instruction manual to not actually be the case so I'd avoid this item. ... show more

I wanted to get several instant print cameras for our guests to use at our wedding, and wanted it to be digital so we could keep the photos after, so I tried out the kodak photomatic and this camera. It is far superior to the Kodak camera, the only difference being that it prints in black and white and the printed photos aren’t high quality. It prints like a label maker would, small and I’m assuming uses the heat type of printing like office printers that don’t use ink do. The photo quality is that of an early 2000’s digital camera, or a 90’s disposable camera. Noisy, sensitive to bright light, high contrast. For 30 dollars I’m very pleased with how they turned out. The only things I don’t like are that on the digital photos there is a time stamp (even when you turn timestamp off) and there was a weird time the screen turned into a crazy rainbow color, but it seemed to take the photo and print like normal, and restarting the camera fixed it. I’ll probably buy several more of these. I’m stoked. Hopefully it lasts long, but I really only need it for one day. ... show more

This is a cute camera. I got 2 of them. One wasn't working properly 😕 they did send another one out right away. But down fall is , you'll have to pay to ship back from home or got to a UPS store to send off. Too me that so inconvenient, and you take a chance of missing your mail back date and being charged again. I did all my shopping online to keep from going into stores. I would have gave a 5 star if it wasn't for the inconvenience of returning as I live a very schedule routine ! ... show more
