i bought this for my son despite my husband telling me it was a waste of money. and boy was he wrong!! i think i love it more than my kid! i use it all the time- so does the entire family- because it's super fun, super fast and has super inexpensive film. i love it!!

I'm not sure why It ran out of ink so fast. But other than that, my kids loved. Taking pictures with this and the prints were nice and clear. They only come out in black & white. But they're still a great value for what you pay.

I wanted to get several instant print cameras for our guests to use at our wedding, and wanted it to be digital so we could keep the photos after, so I tried out the kodak photomatic and this camera. It is far superior to the Kodak camera, the only difference being that it prints in black and white and the printed photos aren’t high quality. It prints like a label maker would, small and I’m assuming uses the heat type of printing like office printers that don’t use ink do. The photo quality is that of an early 2000’s digital camera, or a 90’s disposable camera. Noisy, sensitive to bright light, high contrast. For 30 dollars I’m very pleased with how they turned out. The only things I don’t like are that on the digital photos there is a time stamp (even when you turn timestamp off) and there was a weird time the screen turned into a crazy rainbow color, but it seemed to take the photo and print like normal, and restarting the camera fixed it. I’ll probably buy several more of these. I’m stoked. Hopefully it lasts long, but I really only need it for one day. ... show more

It’s an awesome little camera and more. Automatically prints and even has a tiny lcd display, some games and ability to play music. Only complaint is , the paper holder compartment needs a latch on the door. Kids go to tear off the paper and the door opens and ends up pulling the entire roll of photo paper out with it. I grabbed this as a birthday gift for a 6 year old. It is relatively easy to use since it is a digital camera. The print quality wasn't great, but niece still excited over it. Tearing off the picture was probably the most difficult part if we did not want to rip it. Kids used to touchscreens will take a bit to try to navigate the screen for the other options.
