I bought this wheelchair for my wife who suffers from a neurological disorder causing balance issues. First, the whole chair battery included is very light about 40 pounds, it folds like a lawn chair, rolls like a travel bag, and can be lifted by an average person. It runs smoothly over rough terrain because of the shock absorbers and it has big rigged rear wheels. The power is adequate at 4mph and it has a long battery life of up to 12 miles on one charge. It's very comfortable. The neat part is you can switch the chair to manual mode and push your loved one around like a regular wheelchair. Another bonus feature I didn't see in the advertisement, the chair has a cellphone or tablet charger port under the joystick remote. My wife loves her chair. I highly recommend it. A chair like this can change someone's life.

I went to the mall for the first time in many, many, years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Just toodled around with my daughter. My joints are so wrecked I can’t walk for any distance without a lot of pain. Today, I rode a footpath around one of the city’s lakes. Less than a mile, but thoroughly enjoyed that as well. I appreciate the electric carts at the big stores, but they get so nasty and are usually in a sad state of disrepair. This chair is not all terrain, but I’m happy to live with that limit. You do have to be careful with off-camber sidewalks and such. I can’t give five stars because the wiring to the left motor is finicky. Sometimes I have to fiddle with it to get it to work. Also, the motors are a little noisy in my opinion. It’s not loud, it’s just noticeable maybe when the warranty expires I will disassemble it and see if it needs better grease. Otherwise, I’m happy with the mobility I have regained.

So far I’m very impressed, but … I’ve never even touched a joy stick ,so I’m in a a bit of a totally a beginner 😂 I know I can figure it out but not ready for public display, I’ll leave more updates on this purchase as I learn how to manage. So far so goo!!

I really loved and enjoyed this electric wheelchair in my home until it stopped working completely after I had it for only 7 months. There was no phone number on my paperwork to for me to call about my warranty and when I called mobility repair shops around my state to try and get it fixed, none of them would look at it. The repair departments told me they do not carry the parts for this brand. The chair is made in China so I was not able to get help. Please beware of this product. It broke down before I had it for a year and I'm out hundreds of dollars.
