This sewing machine is not only gorgeous, but makes me want to sew something every day. The touchscreen display is huge, clear, and easy to use. There are so many stitch options and you can even customize your own. The included fonts stitch beautifully as well. The built in walking foot is a game changer. Threading bobbins is a breeze on the Juki Kokochi. This machine is a powerhouse and able to get through any layers of thick material. I made a wool coat recently and also sewed through thick bungjee paracord. This machine is well worth the money, especially if you have a business.

I love this machine. It does EVERYTHING that I need and so much more. I'm looking forward to sewing on this machine for a long time. This machine is quiet, and sews like a beast. The adjustable lighting is perfect, and it came with so many accessories! The touch screen, the special foot pedal, the way you can customize it...I could just go in and on. My son purchased this for morhers day. I am so happy to have this machine.

I got this machine and was very excited. Nesting bottom seam terribly. The stitch quality was horrible the tension had to be adjusted with every change in stitch. Would not hold tension. Bought another bobbin case with no improved results. Has Wi-Fi capability but would not connect. Attempted to contact seller by phone multiple times their voicemail was full for four days. Got on juki junkies for advice they wouldn't accept my post. I should not buy a $4,000 machine and have to send it immediately for warranty repairs. Juki junkies Facebook page does not allow you to post anything negative about their machines. Had to almost $150 to ship back and there will probably deduct shipping to me from my refund which was free from Amazon.

I didn't buy this machine from Amazon. Very nice looking, and sewing machine. I seem to have a unique problem that no one seems to have an answer for. When you first load a bobbin into the machine, the top thread picks it up perfectly.... BUT, then if you use the built in cutter, the bobbin thread will not pick up at all. I have this most all the time now, but just this Juki. I have 2 others that work perfectly. I have an email in to the company, lets see what they say. I have the spooky feeling that I have a 3000.00 paparweight on my hands. Will update. UPDATE 1/23/24. Juki finally responded to my request for help. They told me to go back to the seller... WHAT!!! past the 30 days, the seller has no responsibility at all. What about warranty? As far as I can see, this is a terrible company. I did buy a 3000.00 paperweight. My old singer works better than this piece of junk. The machine makes a snapping noise too... Constantly breaks the upper thread. Sick.. .Last update: Got an RMA from Juki, took my machine to the Hialeah office, AND THEY FIXED IT !!! Was a bad motor. Brian told me that he had never seen that on these machines. I just wish that Juki was more responsive to their customers. I can't say how pleased that I am that this episode is behind me. Thank you Brian from Juki.

I have the same $3000+ dollar paperweight as a previous user. I returned mine three times for them to fix the thread cutter for it to stop working after a week. The third time it was replaced with a brand new machine and I have the same problem. That was two years ago. Last week Juki has agreed to have it shipped back to Juki instead of my local dealer to be repaired again. Wish me luck 😳
