It triggers micro-current inside the cooling system, corroding the radiator aluminum core and pipes, and eventually leading to coolant leakage. Foreign contaminants and improper additives will block cooling passages and reduce heat dissipation. Never mix different types/brands of coolant or use pure coolant. Only a 50/50 mix of coolant and water ensures optimal cooling performance and avoids sludge buildup. Unbalanced pH value causes internal scaling and oxidation on pipe walls, restricting coolant flow and resulting in engine overheating. Routine cooling system maintenance is essential to keep pH within the standard range. A defective pressure cap fails to maintain system pressure, lowering the coolant boiling point and causing engine overheating. It also allows air into the system, forming air resistance and blocking coolant circulation. Regular inspection of the pressure cap is required. Replace the thermostat synchronously whenever flushing coolant or replacing the radiator. Install a thermostat with the correct temperature range to ensure stable engine performance and fuel efficiency. Aging and road debris damage radiator cooling fins. Bent or broken fins greatly reduce heat dissipation. Clean external debris and repair fins regularly; replace the radiator and conduct a full system test for severe damage.
