I received the product and it seems to be pretty solid. Everything fit nicely together. Took about 2hrs and 45 mins to build… while watching football. Unfortunately, the mirror does not work correctly. It did not appear to be damaged, but did not work. If they replace the mirror, I will change my rating.. until then, try another option. ... show more

I got this vanity as a gift for my mom for Christmas and we were very excited for it. The first problem occurred with shipping. It came in two separate boxes on two separate days ahead of the estimated shipping date. According to amazon, it can’t even be tracked, because my order says it’s been delayed and hasn’t shipped yet, despite it being delivered over two weeks ago. The boxes were pretty beat up, but I understand that happens. The second problem was assembly. My goodness, this thing was a disaster to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow but there were SO MANY PIECES AND SCREWS! And it came with a tiny itty bitty little baby screw driver. Even with the pilot holes this vanity killed me. I had to use a drill! After assembling it over the course of two days, the next problem appeared: a few of the parts were damaged. The bench had a hole torn in the side of it (probably happened when the box was damaged) and the mirror had 3 or 4 small scratches that are only noticeable when the light is on. The mirror didn’t even have a protective film to peel off or anything. It came wedged between styrofoam and other wooden parts. I’m pleasantly surprised that it didnt come shattered. The gold parts are a little more brass colored than gold, but even that doesn’t bother me much. There’s been no luck with getting replacement parts for this item. Amazon offered to return it completely but I REFUSE TO DISASSEMBLE IT!!! Too. Many. Parts… I think the vanity is beautiful and my mom loves it, it’s pretty compact, the bench can be tucked under it if you have a small space. I really think it could be a great vanity if it weren’t for the problems. ... show more

Came in two packages with a lot of parts! Spent quite a little time doing the assembly, and literally you'll need at least one hour and a half to finish the installation if you do it by yourself! First of all, I have to let you know, this vanity Mirror and chair shipp separately, so if you will be expecting them separately. The whole frame is built very well and it comes with a led mirror which has good glass and it's like crystal clear. Led light around it is super bright and great for doing makeups. I was a little concerned because the price was so cheap ( I got it around cyber Monday). This blew away my expectations once it was put together. It’s cute, sturdy, and does its job well. The cushion isn’t super thin and quite comfortable. Putting it together was a bear but worth it in the end.
