First off, this vanity shipped all the way to Alaska and arrived with all pieces (including the mirror) in-tact. The assembly took me roughly five hours but I took my time and watched a couple of movies while I was at it. All pieces fit together nicely for me, I had no problems. I found the assembly video (on the Amazon store page) for the vanity to be much more useful than the instructions that it came with (I only used the booklet to make sure I was using the right parts/screws). Some of the screw holes were only slightly pre-drilled so you know where to install them. I would recommend using a power-drill to make it easier on yourself in those sections. I didn't bother installing the chair that came with it based on the reviews and bought something different. Overall the vanity feels very sturdy and heavy once put together. I was expecting cheap particle board considering the price but it's actually hefty. Here's to hoping the wife likes it. ... show more

I would give it 5 stars but it took us 5 hours to put it together. Directions aren’t bad, and once it’s done it’s very cute and sturdy but man, almost returned it 1/2 way through assembly. And one light isn’t lighting up on the bottom right but I’m not sending it back and doing this again lol!

The item came with pieces missing including the back of where the two side cabinets are (crucial for support) along with missing the bottom of the center drawer. My husband is handy and was able to makeshift a back. I tried to email the manufacturer and got an error with no phone number to call. Amazon came to the rescue and made everything right by giving a refund which was greatly appreciated. I would not advise buying this though. It’s cheaply made and you can’t actually get a hold of the manufacturer. It also was very tedious to assemble although hard to gauge how much was due to having to make shift parts. Ok so this vanity is amazing , kind of difficult to put together . Even though we were unable to use it the customer service deserves 5 stars! Due to the UPS driver not seeing the big word FRAGILE on the side of the box the mirror was shattered when we first got it….. without hesitation the company sent me a new one but also offered an option for a refund for the mirror . We accepted the mirror . After getting it together we had some issues with the vanity LED light strip , once again I emailed the company and with in 24 hours they responded with a resolution. The company is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with regarding product issues! ... show more

    • Good choice for immediate need
The vanity was delivered on time. We bought two. One came with a mirror broken. All the pieces were on top of the mirror with no padding or protection. My box came with no instructions or stickers so I had to use the PDF one on Amazon. Assembly was fine with two people but took a long a long time. It’s very delicate so once it’s assembled, it can’t be moved from area to area. We don’t plan on moving with it as it’s not worth it. It works for us for the time being.
