The pee will blot up easily, the jello powder and poo came up with a slicker pet brush, some water in a spray bottle and some patience! Sprayed with a disinfectant at the end and vacuumed. And you can’t even tell. Very simple to take care of the fibers if you know how !! Obsessed Update 10/28: finally had to wash and dry it. Washed in deep water then tumble dried on low came out damp but let it dry the rest of the way and vacuumed. Great for pet stains. I’m buying another color for sure! ... show more

This rug is great and it’s the perfect size especially for its price. The color is a bit more minty than a sage green however. As other reviews say it’s not plush, so it’s not very supportive but it’s great for under a couch or in a bedroom. It is stinky when you open it but just sprinkle some baking soda, let it sit, and then vacuum. Do not put it in the dryer if it’s too large, some spots with get too hot and melt a little 😅. I’m sure a smaller one would work. I ordered one more for my room and plan on ordering another for my game room ... show more

I’m pretty happy with my rug! The color was perfect for my bedroom and I love how soft it is! I hope the “squares” will come out of it eventually (from being folded and no air in the bag it came in). Looks good though!

I bought this for my one bedroom apartment expecting it to be cheap and not last a while. I got what I was expecting. I recommend this for if you are in the "get stuff" phase of living. After you have what you need, you can move into the "get better stuff" phase of living. This has been great over the past 3 months in my "get stuff" phase. I plan on replacing it soon. But it has served me well. I don't recommend it if you have cats. That is part of why this is my first thing to upgrade. My cat likes to bite and pull out the tufts. She frequently confuses it as a blanket as well. The quality isn't the best. Otherwise it is soft, squishy, and a good short term option for the price. I’m coping and pasting a review I read because it is EXACTLY my experience with this rug!!! This rug is very soft. There is one major problem with this rug. The fibers are super super thin. And they are long so every single tiny Speck of anything gets retained by The Ruck even pulling a small piece of plastic or anything small and solid by hand is very difficult. You have to have a decent vacuum that can be adjusted to a good height or also going to do is push the rug down and heat it up. Even though I have vacuumed multiple times I got down on my hands and knees to remove things by hand and even then the rug fibers are so thin and entangled in the tiniest object that you are lucky if you can get to it. I have tried to use a cone to get things out and it's no use. It's like combing gum out of a child's hair. The other problem is the fibers are so thin and long that it is extremely slick. Even in bare feet or with shoes on it is easy to slip and fall. I am sad to have to throw away an expensive rug but I can no longer keep up with pulling things out of it by hand. Even vacuuming several times The Vacuum cannot get to anything that is at the base of the rug. I am going to switch to a low nap Loop rug that things can be vacuumed up. I have two expensive vacuums and neither one has been able to pull these items out of the rug it is going to burn out my vacuum. I am a very very clean person and no matter what I do if a small pebble comes off my shoe and goes into the rug I will be lucky if I can get it out. It's good looking and soft but a fibers are thinner than a human hair and they are so dense and entangling that no vacuum of mine nor using a comb or my fingers is able to get everything. I have to run my feet across it in bare feet just to find all the things and there are several things in the rug that no matter what I have done I cannot get to them without cutting the nap to get them out. I don't recommend this rug unless it is in a room that has absolutely no traffic and is used strictly for looks. If you have children or pets I seriously recommend finding a different rug because it's only going to take a month before there are things in the rug you cannot remove. ... show more
