    • Needed repair when received, broken gas line carburator leaking and won't run

When I was assembling the product and getting it started there was gas leaking out everywhere. The gas line was broken at the carburetor and the the float section was also leaking. I fixed that now it wont even run at all. Calling customer service on Monday. I got hold of customer service on Monday and they said they will send parts to fix it. Here we are 2 months later and still no parts and we have had 3 power outages and no generator. I would not recommend this to anyone. I just wish I could send it back. I have already made payments on this junk. ... show more

Battery was no good. I converted it to a larger one otherwise it works. Great value. It ran my entire home during a recent power outage that lasted 1 1/2 days. You also sent me 2 but that was my banks fault and has been corrected. I believe the driver stole the extra.. generator as it disappeared off the face of the earth. After spending weeks looking into a number of generators, this was my choice because it was large enough to handle the circuits in our home we wanted covered, it was capable of running on propane or gas, it has electric start, and it was purchased at a very reasonable price. The ability to run on propane was very important to me. I find running on propane is more reliable then running on gas. It starts easier and there are no problems with gumming up the carburator or need to drain the gas tank. One last note: Since purchasing the generator, we have not experienced any power outages. Machine is great. I have slight damage on the top of fuel tank. Will see how they handle this. I will be updating this based on that experience. Shipping just sucked although they did deliver to curb. 3/4 mile from my home but...They didn't call or update the site to say delivered until the next day. I didn't know it was there anymore than Generator Warehouse did. It all worked out but it could have been easily stolen. The shipping was lousy. It was a week early and that should have been a good thing but it wasn't. That should have been a warning sign as the generator location was never updated. ... show more

Very dissatisfied with the shipping and delivery from Amazon. It took over a week to ship, and Amazon could not give a valid reason. They never once called to set up delivery appointment, they just drop the generator off without signature and left. Not professional at all
