Sacrificed a small folding canvas chair for this. It works and it feels great, no doubt. But if it were just bigger in all directions, a little bit, it could accommodate a bigger person more easily. You have to have a place for it, too. I bought this sauna almost a month ago and use it almost every day. Years ago I used a steam sauna regularly at the gym but wasn't sure if I would still like using one, so I hesitated to purchase a large, expensive wooden outdoor one. I'm so glad I bought this! I knew I didn't want an infrared type and this steam sauna fit the bill. It is basically a water kettle and a tent. Assembly was pretty easy but I did have to use some force to get some of the pieces to stay together. They are well-marked and the instructions are easy to understand. I'm not sure why there is a swinging bar at the front of the unit as I never use it and just leave it hanging down. The zippered cover was easy to install. This is NOT a folding frame that you can fold and store out of the way. Since I use it so often and have room I just leave it sitting out all the time. It does not come with a seat (the package instructions say that it includes a seat but it is not listed in the description on the website) Maybe it used to come with one. I ordered a tripod type camp stool but any small inexpensive folding camp chair will do. I put a towel on the floor under the stool to absorb moisture from the steam and then wipe the inside with it and leave it unzipped so it can dry completely. I did have it sitting on a beach towel but have since moved it to a rug. Yes it has a floor and is completely enclosed but I have wood floors and didn't want to take any chances with water damage. My only complaint, as others have mentioned, is the location of the steam portals. That steam will burn you and it really concentrates the heat so that it can be difficult to stay in one place. I ended up using some foil to make a sort of a canopy to disperse the steam better and so far that has been working and I am able to stay in longer. I have also sat inside and covered the top with a washcloth, but it is pretty cramped and I can't imagine a tall person being able to stuff themselves inside AND also keep away from direct contact with the steam. I think this is a good deal for $100 and I love how easy this is to use. I highly recommend it! ... show more

Bought two of these sauna tents and absolutely love them. We exfoliate prior to getting in and add essential oils to the distilled water. I also dry them out with a towel when finish and use thrives essential oil to clean them. Make sure to lay them on there side after use so the flooring of the tent doesn't mildew from water sitting over time. I purchased these tents a few months ago for $108 each, decided to purchase 2 more only to find they have been inflated to $149 each with a name change.. Not to happy about that. ... show more

my parents really like it. they use it almost everyday and they are telling other people to buy it so i guess it's good. Furthermore, for the price and for the wait this one is definitely better. There is a similar brand but that one is from china and shipping is like 1-2 months. I got this one in a week. So get this one if you guys looked at the other one from china. Furthermore this one does have more reviews so a little more trustworthy ... show more

I've been looking for a steam sauna for awhile. I purchased this one and like it more than i thought I would and have used it everyday since receiving. I sit on the floor and put my entire body in the "tent" I would say the cleaning aspect might be a little difficult, but I've been managing so far.

I really like it. I am very well pleased with this purchase. It takes about 15 min to start to steam up. I add distilled water in mine with eucalyptus essential oil. So far I have used only 2 times. I stay in there for about 20 minutes and I am soaked. I like to sit on the floor because i want my whole body to get all the benefits. I put a towel underneath of it and one on the inside. I just get in with my under garments because you get so drenched in sweat. But, I totally recommended it. Thanks ... show more
