Smooth and highly polished all around, flat, and stamped sizes (not laser etched, which tends to wear off with time); nice case. Considering the low overall price, I don't know why they even bother selling an 8-piece set with missing sizes, but then create a proper, complete 11-piece "set" by selling the 8-piece set bundled with three additional, individual wrenches to cover the skipped sizes; just selling one 11-piece set would make more sense, as I almost bought the 8-piece set before realizing the 11-piece set even existed.

I bought the set to carry on my motorbike rides. So weight was a factor. These wrenches are very thin, yet strong and do the job required. Because they are thin, I was a bit worried about strength. But they are adequate for what I need. The only downside of being so thin, it hurts a bit when you are applying lots of torque with your hand. They pack super tight and light, which is what I wanted.

It seems my 1982 Mercedes needs many special tools. They're not really that special, they just need to be short or thin. While I've cut down many wrenches address the length issue, I've not come up with a great solution for the thickness challenge. So I bought these and have used them 2 or 3 times and they work great. They seem to be durable enough to last a while, especially since they won't be used a lot. I would buy these again.

Loved that I was able to use them to take off Cummins fuel lines.. not as a wrench but those lame paccar fittings that require a special tool to remove. I found these wrenches fit into the hard to reach spaces, and push the tabs in releasing the fuel lines. They have also been great for what they are intended for

If you at all do any maintenance to your bicycles, then you know you need (require) a 'thin' metric wrench set. Certain items (such as repacking and adjusting wheel bearings, removing pedals, brake bolts, etc) just cannot be done without thin wrenches. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wrenches. I also have some Park Tool thin wrenches (those that know bikes know Park Tool tools) and these wrenches are on par with those wrenches. Note: On some items of bike maint, wheel bearings as an example, they use two nuts to form a 'jamb nut'. You need thin wrenches for both nuts. One thing (bummer) that you will run into is that many times the jamb nuts are the same size. So for example.. you will need two 17mm thin wrenches.. not just one 17mm wrench . Point.. be sure to check if you need two of the same sizes for the job you have in mind. Wrench set assortments don't provide 2 of the same size wrenches so you will need to buy another individual wrench or another (2nd) set of thin wrenches. Cheers

These wrenches live up to the *thin* claims, and were just what I needed for front fork work on a motorcycle. They are just fine for their intended purpose, but they won't replace my regular wrenches or socket sets. I won't use them again until they're needed for a low-torque shallow nut or narrow access situation. Regular wrenches should handle a lot more torque & abuse than these wrenches for everyday use.
