Everything went smoothly. The couch is very pretty and very usefully functional. We decided to find an affordable couch while we still have dogs who pee on our sofas. This one is well worth it even though it’s low price. Very pretty. The up and down function of the back is so comfy. I can sleep while hubby watches sports and sits up on the end. There was one thing and that was, we had to use glue to secure the legs on. We may go to Home Depot and replace the legs with those big thick wood legs. Otherwise, this is a keeper! ... show more

This is beautiful. I love the fabric. We had a shipping issue with footrest not arriving with the couch, but the company rapidly responded and assured me it would arrive the next day which it did. I appreciate the care. It was easy to put together too. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can't really lay down on it because the wood in the middle that supports the cushioning is not sufficiently padded, so your body sinks on the cushions and the hard part in the middle is painful. It's great for sitting an watching tv, and you can recline it, but you can't lay down across both cushions, which I sometimes like to do. I still love it, but wish I had known before making my choice. ... show more

    • Nothing but an uncomfortable FUTON!!!! Legs break off too.
Although the color is amazing, the comfort level is more important. I used this couch for about 3 months and ended up selling it on marketplace for $250, so I guess I got my $30 out of it. Don't waste your money, unless you only want it for looks... because it is s pretty futon. One leg broke off on the ottoman, but I was able to screw it back on with long deck screws. You can't enjoy watching TV, or just chilling on this thing. It sucks. ... show more

We have 2 little ones and we love to have movie/snuggle nights! We wanted something that is like a futon but didn’t want our living room looking like a 19 year old dorm room. We’ve had it about 2 weeks so far but it’s amazing. It’s sturdy. And it’s so comfy to lay on. Wasn’t as deep as we would prefer but it’s at least a foot longer than we anticipated! We can easily fit 5 adults on this thing, sitting. And can cram our family of 4 and our 100 lb lab on it laying down for movie nights. And be comfortable. I was able to move it inside, multiple boxes, and put it all together myself in under an hour. The deep green is just beautiful and matches our aesthetic so nicely. If you’re debating, just do it.     • Decent “Couch”, Many Broken Legs

At first I absolutely loved the couch, however, within the first week, a leg broke off the sectional piece. Oh well, it’s now a great dog bed. But then after about a month or two, a leg broke off the couch itself and almost crushed my cat. Ever since, legs keep breaking off and I keep having to find more and more boxes to keep it propped up. Mind you, my dog is not allowed on the furniture and I don’t have kids so nobody is bouncing or being rough with it. Let me start by saying the futon set alone is beautiful! And as a first time home owner the ease of instruction and assembly was just what I needed! But, I had to write this review to recognize this company for its service. And please bear with me in telling you why!!! Besides recently buying my first home a couple of months after my father passed away. That process alone delayed me getting this set, setup and for at least 2 - 3 weeks all was wonderful with it but a week or so past the return date one of the legs broke on the ottoman. And when I tell you between contacting the seller explaining my issue and that I just was hoping to get an accommodation and not a full return the timeliness of their response and offering to send me a replacement took at max 3 days. I literally reached out to them on Monday and my new ottoman arrived today, see in image. All I can say to this is WOW, you all made this process so pleasant and seamless I am beyond thankful and pleased!!! Purchasing with this seller is well worth it and highly recommended!!!
