I was skeptical about ordering it at first but glad I did, I will say the description shows it comes in 2 boxes and I thought they would come at the same time so we were not pleased to get one box and have that sit in the middle of the already very small living room till we got the second box which I had to ask about because through Amazon the order showed it was just delivered and had no information regarding the second box, however once we got it my husband was pretty pleased with putting it together besides one hinge he had to fix, it's great for small spaces a firm couch but still comfortable enough to sleep on we've actually been sleeping on the pull out alot, for 2 people it's a little tight but manageable

I have to say that I’m really happy with this couch. The assembly was very easy and I had to reach out to the seller because there were two pieces that go over the USB port that had broken and they are sending me a new USB repair ports with instructions and were super helpful. I got the navy blue one for my office and it’s a little smaller than I thought but it fits perfect in my space. The back Cushions are a little thin but I put other pillows on it and it works great. I love sitting on the chase and reading.

It's crazy how incompetent people can be both from Amazon Reps. and the 3rd party seller. I bought the sofa and didn't like the cheap fabric. There was no comfort on the back of the sofa because its made of two metal rods that are covered in more cheap fabric. I spent over a full month trying to return it and get my refund. From having to wait 24-48 hours every time to get a response from the 3rd party seller, not answering my questions directly, no contact numbers to expedite the process, and Amazon supervisors telling me I would get a full refund in writing despite that not happening at all, they "couldn't" even schedule a pick for the return. I had to go above and beyond to get the 100+ pound boxes (2) to FedEx. All with a bad back. My only mistake was buying furniture from Amazon. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Making a big deal to return an item while Jeff Bezos makes billions every minute. Absolutely ridiculous!

I took this risk of uncertainty so you don’t have to lol!! No seriously I was fairly surprised at how easy it was to put together. The couch is delivered in two different packages. Directions are clear. I thought I was missing a piece but it was attached to another so please make sure you fully unpack everything. I haven’t taken a nap on it yet but the couch is very comfortable to sit and lay on. There is a storage part on the section part and I love the usb feature. Shipping was quick too! Hope this helps!

It comes in 2 boxes, each about 90lbs. Relatively easy to put together, tho the instructions are a bit vague. The cushions fluff up nicely and it has so much storage space in it. Great option for small spaces. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Quality is 1/5, appearance is a 4/5. Couch came broken. We opened the boxes and put the couch almost entirely together - upon opening the storage, the hinges were broken and screws were ripped out of the wood. at that point it felt too late to take it all apart and return it so we lived with it. a month after having it, 2 people were sitting on the couch and a piece of wood in the middle snapped. we heard it but didn’t realize the damage was so bad until after our return window closed. we can no longer return the pop out to its original place under the couch because the wood is sticking out and blocks it. i loved the couch and it fit perfectly in our game room… but the quality of this couch unsatisfactory. it isn’t worth your money. I wish I could return it and buy something else.
