    • Impressive for the price with a couple minor caveats
Very impressive for the price - plenty of storage and style. The green isn't as saturated in person which is a good thing. Assembly can be done by one fit/able-bodied person, but it would certainly be a lot easier with two. Was able to put it together in a couple hours on my own. The build quality is surprisingly solid and the cushions are comfy but a bit too firm to be considered plush (a positive in my book). The back cushions could be a bit thicker, but nothing some throw pillows can't handle. The instruction manual can be confusing at times, but that's to be expected when ordering one of these budget brands shipped straight from China. My two "gripes" are as follows: 1. The built in chargers will have your phone to 100% in no less than 5 hours (charging is extremely slow, not fast charging). This is a bit of a bummer as they're featured prominently in the arms, but at the end of the day I bought a couch not an outlet. 2. The couch is relatively light for its size meaning it can be dragged forward when extending the bed portion which is a bit of an annoyance, but not enough of one for me to dislike the couch or detract from the 5 stars. Couch is exactly as described. Product came VERY WELL packaged and was very easy to assemble. It needed a total of 20 screws (installed with an allen wrench) and 8 legs that just push and screw in to assemble. then everything just locks together. It took me about an hour by myself. It is on the smaller side (dimensions on the image are correct) but for a sunroom that doesn't get used often - it's perfect. The cushion on the seats are a little firm but comfortable to me; however, I may end up getting thicker pillows for the back as those are pretty thin. We'll see over time if they continue to expand (cushions come shrink wrapped and take a few hours to inflate). The storage under the chaise and under the sofa bed is great! Very spacious. And the chaise has pneumatic lifts that allow it to stay up while accessing the storage. The arm rest storage is minor, but is a nice added bonus. The storage pockets on the outside are very small and very flimsy. I'd be afraid to put more than a magazine a piece in them. But not a deal breaker to me. For a $400 sofa - you can't beat it. You get what you pay for, of course a more expensive couch would be larger and softer. ... show more

This a cheap sofa. It broke as soon as we used it the very first time. We pulled out the bottom bed feature and I rolled onto it, then the hydraulic lifts broke rolling me to the floor. I'm lucky I did not get hurt. It's very uncomfortable. No one would want to sit on this sofa to watch a 2 and a half hour movie, let alone watch the news for a half hour. It looked great in the picture, but the compressed seat cushions never did much after having had it overnight, not using it at all. They said give it 48 to 72 hours, but we had 'had it' already!! The blue was not the color I expected in that it was a medium blue, I wanted closer to a navy blue. If I knew this was from a third party, I would never have ordered it!! BUYER BEWARE. I'm ready to never buy from Amazon again if the problem is not resolved. Synchrony Bank would also lose my business, I would pay them off immediately. I'm a 69 year old senior citizen with a handicap. It's un-American to be treated the way I have been treated by Duraspace! ... show more

Pretty easy to install. Not every screw/part is labeled so you have to do some guessing with the pictures. Easy to pull bed out for the most part. Only major problem I found is that the pull out section does not stay in place and does not fit snugly with the rest of the couch leaving gaps between the two which provides discomfort for sleeping. I’ll likely purchase a bed topper for sleep. However, again the pull out doesn’t stay in place do as I slept I felt it coming apart from the couch and had to keep pulling it back together. I checked manual and confirmed I did put it together correctly so not sure why it’s not fitting properly together without slipping apart frequently. It’s on the smaller side but that was expected. It’s firm but I like that and suppose it may loosen up over time. ... show more

My daughter picked this sofa for her guest bedroom so she could watch TV. She’s not a big person and neither is her husband. The size was good for them. I also really like the quality of the fabric. It was a dense woven natural/synthetic fabric and it looked nice (see close-up photo in my review). It was a pain to put together and it’s not the highest of quality furniture that we ever bought, but for the price it worked for them. Beware the shipping is super high. After two days and many tries, we cannot get the cushions to fluff up. I've tried a hair dryer and shaking/fluffing them with minimal results. One of the armrests is also very flat, but the other is good. Also, when we pull up the part that extends, it's about two inches higher than the sofa - so I'm not sure we will ever be able to use it as a bed - so much for an extra bed space in our office. Was not terrible to put together, but very sad that the cushions are flat and failed in our hope of using it as a guest bed. ... show more
