Like most PLA filaments, this one works well and printed smoothly on my A1 Mini without any issues. I used normal PLA temperature settings and didn’t need to make any special adjustments. The color looks great in person and I really like the matte finish—it gives prints a clean, high-quality look. I also don’t use an AMS or any moisture removal system, and the filament still performed well with consistent extrusion and good layer adhesion. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable PLA filament that I’d be happy to use again.

I didn't encounter any issues with this pla. Firstly this is a dual color. Not a gradient. The photo model example makes it look like a gradient but I was pretty sure it wasn't and I was correct. So don't buy expecting a gradient. I wasn't sure how much the green would show as some pictures I found looked like the green prints golden-ish. That is somewhat true. Compared to a single color print of the green (which looks like mountain dew/antifreeze color), this one looks like a gold with green undertones. In the cthulhu model, I added lime green (overture grass green) wings which seems to enhance the green tones of the dual silk. But on its own, I don't think the green is as distinct as I would like. It sure looks very distinct on the roll though. This is just something that often happens with dual and tri colors. They tend to blend a bit. That said, it's still a really nice color mix. It's perfect for the project I used it on. The magenta looks really good as a silk. As for printing. As I said no issues. But a fyi. Silk likes slightly warmer beds and nozzles. I printed at 210c nozzle. First layer 215c. Bed at 70c first layer than 65c (ender 3 V3 SE). I find the silk sticks better to the plate when it's 70c. And overall silks print better at 210 for me compared to 200-205. Especially overhangs. Just that little bump in temp makes a world of difference. But don't go much higher or you get stringing. A temp tower is always suggested if you have issues.

I love the color of this and the finish. It's definitely a little more matte than expected, but that's okay, it still provides a great surface finish and the color is very vibrant. I recommend!

I’ve used DURAMIC 3D PLA filament for several prints now, and it’s proven to be a solid performer. The white color is clean and consistent, making it perfect for both prototypes and display pieces. It feeds smoothly through my printer, adheres well to the bed, and produces crisp layers with minimal stringing. Packaging was excellent—vacuum-sealed and moisture-free right out of the box. I also appreciate the spool’s labeling and tracking info, which makes it easy to monitor usage. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit more sensitive to temperature changes than some other brands I’ve used. Once dialed in, though, it prints beautifully.

Look at the attached photos, to start out. The Duramic PLA+ filament arrived in a sturdy, quality box. The spool was well vacuum-sealed in a REUSABLE bag, with a desiccant pack inside. The desiccant pack seems very standard among 3D filament vendors. The resealable bag is much less common, yet very useful in keeping the filament away from moisture in the air. Before opening the package, you can see that the filament is wound tightly, and evenly. For those that don’t know: loose, sloppily wound filament can a tangle. Other vendors’ poor filament roll might not only ruin a print, by snagging and stopping the filament from advancing, but also has the potential to damage your printer. This Duramic filament has little likelihood of encountering those problems. The filament remaining scale (on the face of the roll) is a first encounter for me. This small feature helps the maker solve a common problem when printing larger pieces: do I have enough filament left on this roll to print with? Unless you’re good with geometric formulas, that can prove to be a difficult question to accurately answer. The small scale means that you can compare your estimated filament needed (as calculated by your slicing program or Octoprint), and see if you’ll run out before the print finishes. Genius feature! Now for everyone’s favorite part: print quality. It took ZERO adjustments from my standard PLA+ settings to get excellent results, from the very first print. Bed adhesion was perfect, no loose filament lines extruded. I experienced zero stringing, no clogging, and an overall excellent, shiny finish on the final printed product. This was my first roll of Duramic filament. I’m looking forward to seeing the other 3D printer filament offerings they have available.

I love the dynamic pla. It was inexpensive for Black. It held strong, very strong, like PLA+. For the price it is almost unbeatable. I use this as a great base on my hueforges or chess pieces. GOOD STUFF Note. I did have some support release problems on prints that had A LOT of supports like my intircite chess pieces. It was strong, so it was hard to remove. However, lowering my Z on my supports was a super easy fix. Again, issue was ONLY on prints with MANY fine supports.

Received my latest spool of grey PLA filament with crushed and deformed cardboard spool and I’m not happy. I like the Duramic 3D brand, but the damage to the spool kept me from using rings on it for the AMS and it caused the spool to drag so much that I received errors while printing. If I receive another beat up spool I will switch brands. That’s a shame too because Duramic prints very well. I was looking for a darker green PLA and came across this Forest Green on sale, better yet. I hadn’t printed with Duramic 3D prior, but it was worth trying out. Well, whether I print on the Bambu X1c or Ender 3 Neo, the prints are just about perfect and bed adhesion is great on the PEI, PEO and PEY plates; no issues at all. Nozzle temp of 220° on Bambu and 205° on Ender 3 Neo. Bed temp at 55° for both machines. Now, this filament is a bit too transparent for my usual need, but I’m finding it works perfect for utility type prints, so none of it will go to waste. Because of the transparency, it prints lighter than I was looking for; still looking for a good, dark green filament. Because of the ease of use and quality of prints….I definitely recommend this filament.
