I’m Super Happy!
Color: Weathered Grey
I Love this fireplace!! It’s Absolutely beautiful. Works very well. No complaints so far. It puts out good heat. A lot to assemble, but I assembled it by myself. I’m 5.4 and female, so if I can do it, anybody can. Two ppl would be better though because it’s pretty heavy. It’s built Very sturdy. Great price for the quality. Duraflame did their thing.

Great fireplace!!!!!
Color: Bright White
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE this fireplace! It is beautiful and looks great in my living room. It’s exactly what I wanted! The flame looks realistic and it throws off a good amount of heat. I live alone and didn’t have any issues putting it together by myself. The instructions are easy to follow. Just tedious.

Impressed with the realistic flames
Color: Barstow Acacia
The media could not be loaded. Love this electric fireplace. Easy to assemble. Quiet. Heat output is great, as well as the no heat option to just view the realistic flames. Looks great, especially for the money.

Quality product
Color: Weathered Grey
This is a very nice product. It took two hours to put together. Even though the directions are mostly just pictures to follow, it was simple enough even with just one person assembling. The flame is soothing to watch, controls are easy to adjust, and it puts out a good amount of heat. It shut down no problem when the room was up to temperature. It did come with one of the plastic logs feet broken off but I glued it back on without issue. Also due to where we placed it the outlet is directly behind the flame box. This causes the unit to not be able to be flush with the wall due to how far the plug extends out from the outlet. I even changed the outlet to a recessed outlet but still need another half an inch to get it flush. Lastly I added a drop in outlet to the top of the mantle so we can plug in lights, phone chargers, electronics, etc. It would be nice if that were an option when purchasing because I probably voided the warranty. All in all a very nice piece and would buy again.

Beautiful fireplace!
Color: Bright White
This fireplace is absolutely beautiful! The picture doesn’t do it justice! It is extremely heavy and will require 2 people to carry it inside. My husband said it wasn’t difficult to assemble, but it did take a few hours. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our only complaint is the top mantle board was a bit warped, so it was hard to assemble that into place but thankfully we were able to figure it out. It puts off great heat & has a lot of great features - including a remote control! You won’t regret this purchase!

Not a good fireplace
Color: Bright White
This fireplace’s heater randomly clicks. The heater also keeps turning off even with a timer. Lastly, it isn’t level and wobbles. Very sad because it looks pretty. Not worth 400.00 AND it takes about 2.5 hours to put together. Not sure how to return this once it’s together.
