Cheap looking in appearance and plastic wood. You can pay less for solid wood. Also, company will require you to pay for return which make sense since who would want them? It costs almost as much to return as they did to purchase. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

It looks good, material is not durable, the screws keeps getting loose. It’s comfort when you sit but as I mentioned it’s screws keeps getting loose and have to tighten it every week or so. Very expensive as well..

Purchased 4 stools and they are delivered in packs of 2. The first set I opened are perfect. Assembly is easy and stools are exactly as expected. Unfortunately, the 2nd set came with incorrect pieces making the stools impossible to assemble. The seller was very prompt in sending us a replacement set. So I would rate their customer service 5 stars. However, unfortunately again, we received the replacement set that had the same incorrect parts. I have sent a message to the seller again and anticipate the problem to be eventually solved. But be sure to check your pieces are correct before you begin assembling them.
