Have been using this because my pregnancy has been causing some major swelling and fluid retention in my arms. Luckily, this compression sleeve is so snug, it sometimes makes my arm just go completely numb and I forget it’s there! I honestly could have gone with the L/XL, but opted for the medium. It still works great but is definitely snug. Didn’t realize my arms were so jacked!! I do really love how it keeps its fit even after wearing it so many times. It doesn’t get slouchy or stretched out. It’s thin too, which is great because I have to wear it under my work clothes. I’ve had no issues with the sleeve slipping or falling down at all, either! I have lymphedema and I purchased the sleeve as it indicates that it is a "Full Compression" sleeve that is breathable. The sleeve is short of my wrist by about 2 inches and although it does provide support to keep the sleeve in place with a rubber/silicone inside the upper part of the sleeve it cuts off circulation and causing additional swelling in my arm. The material however I must say is of great quality however the sleeve does not work for those who have lymphedema as I do. ... show more

I was disappointed with the level of compression of this arm sleeve provides. Although it mentions copper, the material is very thin and does not offer the support I was hoping for. For me, it felt more like a fashion or statement piece rather than a functional compression sleeve. I was hoping it would hep with tennis elbow, but it didn’t provide enough pressure or stability to make a difference. If you’re looking for light coverage or something purely for appearance, this may work. However, if you need actual compression or elbow support, I would not recommend this sleeve. ... show more
