I bought these before my spouse’s very elderly mother and her older sister visited our new home, because we hadn’t yet found a set of chairs for our living room we liked enough to sign away our first-born for; and four adults on one normal sized couch isn’t ideal, or realistic. These chairs are priced great, everything is more expensive than it should be these days, especially since we’re putting everything together ourselves, and apparently this makes all of us employees in the furniture making business. The green color is true to the photo. The wood is decent for the price and also true to photo stain. It’s not high-end, but contrary to what armchair designers on social media will tell you; most people don’t know that, nor do they care. They just want a comfortable and clean place to sit. They’re perfect for what we needed them for, came fast, and look pretty good once assembled.. Easy to assemble, if you’ve been alive since the 70s, and lived through the ikea flatpack model takeover of the furniture industry; you can put these together in your sleep. I used glue as well as the screws, and covered the pretty large holes by using cut down and sanded dowels I color matched, and lightly varnished to match the sheen of the frame. Yes I’m extra, but the chairs look so much better without the holes and visible screws, plus there’s zero wobble, and never will be thank you very much. Are these cheap chairs comfortable? Actually, yes! The cushions are on the firm side, which is good for us, and the angle of the chair is just right for relaxing. The pillows are superfluous, but my MIL liked them for her back. And for people who actually NEED arms to help them get up and down, the wooden frame is solid enough to be confident putting an body’s entire weight onto it. I’ll be honest, we’ll eventually replace these with higher quality chairs in our living room that can stand up to everyday use with less wear, because I’m not sure the fabric on these will make it long term, and I’m not about that reupholstered life, but these cheap little chairs are actually quite nice with a tiny bit of TLC, so we’ll definitely keep them for another room.

Nice looking, sturdy chairs. We bought two. They are comfortable to sit in, although they are a lower seat. Might not be ideal for some who find it difficult to get in and out of chairs. The color is as depicted in the pics, and the material seems very durable. It was not complicated, and didn’t take too long, to assemble. Our kids seemed to like them to sit in and watch their toddlers playing on the rug. Overall, we are happy with this purchase, and think they are a good value.

After weeks of agonizing over whether to take a chance on a chair with less than two dozen reviews (at the time), and which is available from other sellers (at a higher price point), but with decidedly mixed reviews, I was skeptical. But since this version was available directly from Amazon, fully refundable, and on a major sale, I took a chance. And I'm glad I did because I finally found an amazingly comfortable chair for my 5'4" self! Yes, the chair sits low, but for someone my size (petite) and height, it's perfect. My 5'7" daughter sat in it and found it a bit harder to get up from because it angles back. So I'm guessing the taller one is--or long-legged--perhaps the less ease of getting out of the chair (a problem I am familiar with as chairs and sofas grow larger every year, leaving me seated like a child with my feet dangling midair, unable to rise without considerable effort). The chair cushions are a neutral green (not olive, not sage, not hospital green), and therefore versatile...note photos. The darker rubber wood frame feels solid and complements the green cushions. Place a cotton throw over it, or leave it just sporting the lumbar support pillow (included). Place it on a patterned area rug in a reading room or in the LR by drapes with a complementary nature theme...wherever this chair goes, it improves the ambience! I've tried it out in several rooms. The chair arrived a day early, boxed and securely wrapped with all necessary hardware included. My daughter assembled the chair in under twenty minutes. The screws fit perfectly flush, and the manufacturer even included pads for the chair feet. No chemical order whatsoever. The chair cushions were vacuum sealed but fluffed up fully within 24 hours. The chair cushion ht. is 4 1/2". The cushions and pillow all have zippers, so cushions could theoretically be removed and washed. Caveat: the fabric is suede microfiber, so it probably won't last thirty years, but...with common sense use, this chair is more than worth the price (that I paid). I really love this chair...finding a piece of furniture that's attractive, affordable, and supremely comfortable is rare. Glad I took a chance on this 'rare' find!

It is much lower to the floor than it appears, reason for 4 stars. I’m sure there was a measurement I overlooked. But just be aware. Other than that, it was easy to assemble, and the chair and cushions are comfortable and is sturdy. I added an additional 4 inch chair cushion in an accent color under the original cushion to add some height. Worked out beautifully.

I was needing an extra chair for my makeshift TV room but with no room for a bulky recliner type. I like mid century style furniture so went to all the box store web sites such as Rooms to Go-City Furniture etc. Albeit they had nice selections they were way above my budget. After perusing on Amazon for a while(enjoy doing) and looking at countless accent chairs using the filters to zero in on what I wanted I found this really nice green accent chair that was a perfect size. It came professionally packaged and was a cinch to set up in 15 minutes. Absolutely love it! It completes my garage sale TV room decor--quality material-soft yet firm cushions--nice style, sits low but I knew that when I purchased it. As I`m older (71) I have no issues getting up or down--so comfortable, comes with an extra cushion to put around lower back or put behind neck and sink into an nice relaxed state. Best part is it cost half the price of accent chairs I saw on brand name furniture web sites. Very Happy

Terrible chairs- the back cushion has gone completely flat and lumpy in all four of these chairs after just 5 1/2 months of use. They are now terribly uncomfortable. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered me a $15 amazing gift card, refused to issue any type of meaningful refund. Stay away, don’t waste your money.
