The media could not be loaded. We love this heater. Good size and so nice to look at. We have gas logs in our current fireplace however because of health its hard to take tank to be filled. This looks great sitting in front of it. Love the remote and heats the room up nice. Good quality. We got it on sale and it was worth the price.

I was so excited to get this fireplace, HOWEVER, it arrived and was obviously a RETURN. The DOOR was broken, not all the screws were there for the four legs. Looked like a very cheap design. I guess you get what you pay for. I have put in to return this item.

If my living room could talk, it would say, “Thank you for finally giving me a personality.” This Electric Fireplace is, without question, the best fake fire I’ve ever owned—and I’ve owned exactly one, but still, it’s a fierce competitor for “coziest thing in my house.” Let’s start with the looks: it’s adorable. Like a tiny wood stove that decided to go corporate. The 3D flame effect is surprisingly convincing—so much so that my dog barked at it the first night and refused to lay down near it until I “introduced” them. The flames flicker, dance, and make me feel like I live in a Hallmark movie, minus the unrealistic love interest and suspiciously perfect snow. Functionally, it’s great. It warms up my space fast enough that I started considering charging people admission to sit near it. The safety features mean I can forget to turn it off (hypothetically, of course…) without fear of burning down the house. And it’s compact enough to tuck in a corner, yet powerful enough to make me question why I ever bothered with a regular space heater that just looked like a beige toaster. Bonus: the controls are so simple, even my tech-challenged dad figured it out in one try. I can go from “pleasant autumn glow” to “Sahara desert heat” in seconds. Honestly, my only complaint is that I now feel morally obligated to get a fake mug of cocoa and a flannel blanket every time I turn it on. Five stars for turning my basic home office into a cozy cabin retreat—with zero firewood, zero effort, and maximum vibes.

I am very happy with the appearance of this thing. It looks great, just like a real stove. Obviously there is no pipe for the smoke and there is an electrical cord, but it looks pretty good. The fake fire effects look good and make a room feel extra cozy. The heater works well and I don’t think you need to worry about the product getting too hot as long as you don’t block the airflow out from the front/bottom where it emits from. My main complaints are that the controls are clunky and could use some major improvement. The remote feels incredibly cheap. And the hardware to mount the legs is absolutely garbage. The screws will strip immediately and they screw into smooth plastic holes. They’re not pre drilled and you can get the angle slightly off, making it impossible to screw them in without stripping the screws or not being able to get them in at all because they’re in an awkward location. That could REALLY use some improvement. Overall, for the price, I am impressed. It could use some work to make it a much better product, but I don’t see that happening for this price.

I am very happy with this heater! We use it in our dining room when we are sitting down for a meal. It's all windows and it can get chilly in there. This was so easy to set up. Just screw the legs in and you're ready to go. There's a master switch at the very bottom to turn the power off or a control panel in the front. There's also a remote that we haven't used yet. It heats really well for the size and keeps our dining room cozy! I highly recommend!

I like this 19-inch version of the Dumos electric fireplace because it's able to fit into smaller spaces. The flame effect is attractive and realistic, and you can use it with or without heat. Everything works as it should and the unit seems quality-made and well-finished. There is no remote control on this smaller model, which is fine with me as I don't need another remote to keep track of. You control everything with easy-to-use knobs on the side of the fireplace. There's one control that allows you to select flame effect only, low heat (750 watts), or high heat (1500 watts), and another knob that is a thermostat that will cycle the unit on and off in response to the room temperature. One small quirk is you have to make sure the thermostat is turned up even if you want the flame effect only without heat. No problem, but it could be confusing to someone using the fireplace for the first time as it wouldn't come on if the thermostat was set too low. The only assembly needed is to attach the four legs to the bottom of the fireplace. There are three screws for each leg and it only takes a few minutes to put them in. The amount of heat you get with this electric fireplace is impressive even on the low heat setting. Ideal for cool evenings when it's a little chilly in the house but you don't need to turn the main heating system on. And you can enjoy the look of the flame effect year-round, even when you don't need heat.
