I'm extremely happy with the product. I ran it for 4 cycles upon receipt after washing it of course. then set it up and let it go. It is performing great. It takes about 30 minutes for the first batch of ten cubes, but it runs much faster batch after batch. I keep a container of filtered water out to refill the machine, which isn't often. I let the ice melt overnight with the machine off and then turn it on in the morning. This unit is my back up to my 35 years-old ice making top freezer fridge. Instead of constantly opening my freezer to get ice, I'll use this. It is economical to keep my fridge and freezer close through the day. The size is like an air fryer, and the ice comes out crystal clear. Teh basket is easy to place and remove, and I love the included scoop. should I need to drain the unit, there is a bottom secure plug. I have the black unit and it looks great along with my other small appliances.

I bought this because my freezer needs to be defrosted twice a year, and that means no ice for a couple of days. It does what it's supposed to. If you live in a studio apartment, you're not going to want to run this overnight, because the sound of the ice dropping is a bit annoying. But you can turn it on in the morning & have plenty of ice by lunch time.

Have had this about a week now and I am overall, pretty happy with this purchase. It's the right size for the space I have. It's very portable. It makes ice quickly. My kids love it. My only complaint is that if I don't put refrigerated water in it, the ice is not properly formed. They come out thin, melty and too small, even on large ice setting. So if you buy this, keep in mind room temp or warmer water is not going to freeze up correctly. It seems to work just fine if I put very cold water in the reservoir, or leave some ice in the water, then I get perfect ice. đź‘Ś

This ice maker works, but don’t expect super fast results. Despite the “fast” label, the process feels a bit slow, and it only makes small bullet-shaped cubes — good enough for casual use, but not ideal if you need a large batch quickly. The unit is compact and looks nice, and the self-cleaning feature is a plus. It’s also relatively quiet while running, which I appreciate. Overall, for this price range, it does the job, but it’s not a high-performance machine. Decent for light home or dorm use, but temper your expectations.

This ice maker works very good. It makes a soft ice. The large bullets works best for my family. We all love having ice when you want it. I fill water once a day. When the ice basket is full it stops running until someone takes ice out of the basket then it will continue to make ice.

this is easy to use, doesn't make much noise. Only takes a few minutes before the 1st ice batch comes out. This is the perfect size for our kitchenette. The handle makes it easy to bring it to the sink for draining. That's easy too, the plug just pulls out of the bottom.

A friend of mine turned me onto this icemaker, and it paid for itself in two days I always leave a cooler of refreshment out for all my delivery people who deliver my packages and food this past week prior to buying this icemaker. I cannot find a bag of ice anywhere here Sure, I got on Amazon and found this one and now I don’t have to go buy extra extra ice no more it’s truly a money saving purchase I just keep bagging it up so I have it for cooler outside Excuse the sign, but yes, I ordered that also and it’s not where through waterproof or meant to be outside because all the ink run so don’t worry about purchasing that sign it was cheap and if I known someone just used typing paper laminate I could’ve done that myself.

So far so good. I am sure I will run into issues since I have this located at my pool bar and the conditions are not the desired ones for this machine. As of right now, it pops out little ice cubes pretty quickly. Wish it held more ice, but it was a good price and I can just empty the bin into my freezer when it’s full. Holds more water than ice.
