I love this ice maker, I wish I had preferred out while I was pregnant! It makes soft ice and it works quickly. My only complaint is there's not really an off button, only standby but it's worth it anyways.

This makes the best nugget ice. It is comparable to the $500 nugget ice maker (you know the one) but, a fraction of the price. When I purchased there was a coupon so it was around $100. Quickly makes ice, the nuggets are great and there is negligible noise (more white noise). Also, takes up very little space. Works great and can’t believe we waited so long to purchase!

I let the first couple of batches go back into the water because my tap water isn’t cold enough and the bullets are small until it gets good and cold. Instructions for cleaning cycle are in the photos; took a while to find it. The ice maker doesn’t store frozen ice; ice should be bagged and put in the freezer or it will melt in the bin.

Love the nugget ice! I wish it didn’t back up and I have to nudge it to go into the bin, but overall we love it. We use it daily and it seems very durable, doesn’t take up a ton of space on the counter either.

DONT BUY!!! Piece of crap!!! Never made any ice not once. I returned the product to Amazon and requested a refund and now apparently I have made somebody mad because of this so now my account is flagged and anytime I have to make a return they make sure to take as long as they possibly can to refund my money or you know they tried lying to me on the phone saying they couldn't refund my money and I mean it just went it was I've never had more trouble than I did with this product right here and when it came to me brand new I opened the box the plug was broken and it had a bad sensor in it already don't waste your money by the way I still have not received my refund
