Set this up in the basement to get some core work in without driving to a gym, and it came together quicker than I expected. Assembly was maybe twenty minutes with the printed steps, everything lined up and the hardware was labeled. Once built the stability is the part that surprised me, it doesn't rock or creep across the floor when I'm grinding out a set, and the knee pads keep the pressure off the hard part of my joints. The LCD counts my reps and rough calories which is a small thing but it keeps me honest. As for effectiveness, my abs and lower back are definitely feeling worked the next morning in a way sit ups on the floor never did, and the resistance adjusts as I get stronger. It's comfortable to use for longer than I thought I'd last. The value stacks up fast compared to a class membership. My one gripe is it's a little bulky to tuck away, so it mostly stays out.

Comes with a calorie tracking display and several posture ideas you can use to work out different areas of your body. The exercise machine was easy to put together but in case you need it extra help, it comes with instructions as well. Has cushion on the handle bars and knee area to help ease the weight once you are on it. Good quality and weight resistance. The price is good and if you get it on the sale price is even better. Definitely recommend it.

At first glance this workout equipment looks like the ideal way to exercise. However, it’s actually quite tricky if you don’t know what you’re doing. I tried to do the exercise that is shown in the main picture on Amazon, but was informed by my husband I was doing it wrong. Instead of using my abs I was using a different part of my body and it actually hurt me. I also tried to use it to exercise my legs but there is no weight or resistance to it so I was just pushing a very light weight piece of equipment up and down. It wasn’t difficult at all. I’m sure to maintain or even just get your body moving it could be ok, but if you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle on your legs, this won’t help. The instructions are very easy to follow and every piece was accounted for. It folds down quite easily too and is very easy to store. It fits under my bed, I’ve tucked it behind a dresser, and it’s very light weight, so very easy to move around.

This is a full body exercise equipment. It does need to be assembled. There is an instruction manual that is not easy but not hard to understand. There are pictures and pictures have been numbered each item which can be followed. There is no exercise guide that come with this machine. The only guide I follow is on the Amazon website. The construction on this exercise machine is excellent. Each part fits fine and each part is very heavy duty. This exercise machine is heavy, it can however, fold down flat, plus you can move it around. I'm rating this exercise machine a 4. This is a very well made heavy duty exercise machine. I only knocked a point off for no exercise guide. It says its an ab machine but it is an all inclusive exercise machine. You can use it for your legs, back, arms, thighs and for stretching and strength training. Its an all purpose exercise machine to keep you fit, just include an exercise guide.

This very cute pink and white piece of home gym equipment is a perfect addition to help my family stay fit and healthy without leaving our home. It's compact enough to store under the couch or bed. It is very user friendly even my kids have been able to get on it and get some reps in. I love the electronic feature can time you, count calories, and keep up with counts. It only needs one double A battery to operate which is way more convenient than plugging it in and way more versatile. The machine works perfectly for not only abs, but a full body workout as well. I'm not in the best shape right now but after barely three reps I felt the burn all in my core. I'm very excited to use this regularly and get my body back into shape. My only thing about this equipment is the assembly was a workout in itself. It took me about an hour to put together since there is no words on the instructions just matching numbers to parts, nonetheless I figured it out. Overall this workout equipment is great value and worth the buy especially if you are looking for a compact system for your whole body.
