I honestly wasn’t expecting this fireplace to look this good in person. The flame effect is incredibly realistic, vibrant, and adjustable, and it instantly elevated the entire room. Photos truly don’t do it justice. Installation was straightforward and quick, and the unit feels solid and well made not flimsy or cheap like some similar products I’ve seen. The heat output is perfect for taking the chill off without overheating, and I love that it can be used with or without heat for ambiance year-round. The color options and brightness settings are a huge plus I’ve already changed the flame colors multiple times depending on mood, and it always looks sleek and modern. It’s become a focal point in the room, and everyone who sees it asks where I got it. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is one of those rare Amazon purchases that actually exceeds expectations. Great product!!! The instructions say to remove the front glass panel by removing the screws. There are 2 screws on either side. Remove them, and a long bracket will come off. Then lift the glass front upwards and outward. Add the glass beads and the logs ( i didnt use the logs because I couldnt get them to look right) and then put the glass front back on. Put the 2 brackets back on and fasten with the screws. Here's the weird part!!!!! You need to tip the unit on its back to install the feet, if using them. So all the glass beads go all over the inside of the unit. I thought " what a disaster! I carefully placed them where I wanted and now they are ball over the place!" Never fear!!! They actually fell back down in place and look just fine. You can shimmy them around by tipping the fireplace back and forth. I love the different colors. Each flame color has a corespondinding coal bed color or you can mix and match.

I am a 72 year old female. Fireplace was needed upstairs. The box was heavy and I wondered how I was going to get it upstairs. Following the directions I removed the glass panel. I then could easily carry the metal firebox upstairs. Followed with the glass pebbles and small logs. Assembled upstairs easily. It is a nice electric fireplace. It does not look like one that cost $3000 but for $120 it brings a coziness to the room and heats the 1000 sq ft space adequately. I am very pleased with my purchase and the fireplace!

What a beautiful piece. Its big but not too big. Easy to use. Its been a bit warm to try the heater but its beauty alone gets 5 stars. The display reminds me of a fish tank more than a heater flame but it does NOT disappoint. Its heavy and durable. Its very quiet.
