I ordered this and it says it's complete , well it's not. It did not come with the flex house required to to hook it up. It's different that most every other hose I ordered and saw in store. I paid Angi $157 to have this installed and it still doesn't work. I sent email to company and what followed, well I'm in shock at their customer service. Basically I was given their site to order, I did that. A month later I still haven't received it. Another email and they say it's on back order... I was never contacted about that. The shipping cost was more than the product. I have requested my money back for the hose but unable to get refund for this product I got from Amazon. I was told they've been out of this flex hose since before I bought it. Why wasn't I told before hand. Now I'm stuck with a fireplace I can't use or return. I'm honestly so sad about this. It's taken me a while to save the money to pay to fix my fireplace. 6 years and more than $400 wasted . I'm a disabled veteran and my income is fixed. This really put a hurt on financially. The attitude from the company that made this fireplace...they don't seem to care. Winter around the corner and it doesn't work. Please Amazon, let me return it and send me a real complete one like this said it was. ... show more

These gas logs were a gift for my wife. The burner was delivered, the box obviously had been opened before and was taped shut, the original staples were gone. The battery was installed backwards. It was supposed to be packaged separately. AND… there were no logs…just the burner.

Considering purchasing this based on the photo? Think again. You'd be better off with a pair of tea lights nestled in your fireplace-- more flame, more heat, and so much easier to install! No wonder no returns are allowed on this fetid fireplace fiasco. Amazon-- I'm not angry, just disappointed.
