We were looking for a cooler to hold the drinks we sell in our ice cream shop. We did a lot of research because the last one we purchased would freeze up and the bottles of pop, water and juice we sell would fall over because of the wire shelf. We noticed this Dukers brand comes with shelf dividers to keep your bottles straight and to keep them from falling over when we reach in to grab a bottle for a customer. The delivery was quick and it was so easy to just wheel it into our store, peel off the wrap and plug it in. This cooler keeps everything the same temperature from the top to the bottom. It goes through an automatic defrost and we see no signs of ice or water like we did on our other refrigerator. The design is sleek and it's so easy to roll if you need to clean behind it or move it.     • Speed of delivery and how fast it cooled down.
The customer service informed me that this commercial item might have challenges if needing service at a residential location. Im using it in my garage, thinking no worries. I don't speak for the delivery carrier but I got a call the next day wanting to deliver. WOW from Cal to Fl. Very impressive. The unit rolled in place with ease. Clean slick look. Plugged in and started filling. 8 cases of many beverages with plenty more room. I am staying with 5 rating for this, should something change I will also, haven't had to yet. ... show more

I purchased the merchandiser for our local parochial school that operates on a very limited budget and even though we have only had it a few weeks the students and staff enjoy it very much. it keeps the milk at just the right temperature and the lighted interior makes it easy to view the contents.
