Delivered earlier than promised on a super secure pallet. I chose this brand for the fact that it's serviced in the USA (Brooklyn, NY)...and the motor is larger than cheaper models...this means it will be quieter and last longer, in my opinion. It's basically fully assembled except for the shelves...very easy to install and adjust. I'm glad we bought new vs used...it's very clean, well lit, and has been a significant boost to sales. I thoroughly researched this decision and feel very good about this choice. PS...they followed up to be sure I was satisfied after I had it a month. So, now I have a person to contact if needed. ... show more

This cooler was purchased and arrived at the Sports’ Center in September. We have had no trouble with it. We must say, we were definitely impressed by the two guys Eric Smith and James Smith who delivered the cooler and helped us get it in. Those guys worked tirelessly to make sure it got in place. Fridge was delivered perfectly with the packaging fully undented. Looks great out of the package, shelves set up easily and it cooled down a a fridge full of room temp bottles in about 8 hours after first plugging it in. One thing I OBSESSED over before delivery was how loud/quiet it might be since I wanted to place this inside my home. I’m very happy to report that it’s barely noticeable at all and definitely zero noise pollution gets carried into the next room. Size is great too for my space. Just tall enough to hold everything but skinny so it blends in. Very happy with my purchase! Hope it holds up over time ... show more

    • The. Best. Decision. I've. Made.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before choosing this model fridge. This is absolutely the one you want. I was afraid it was going to be too noisy -- but it is very, very quiet. All the venting goes out the front, so you can easily push this up against a wall, which is another plus. The light is bright, if you want it on, but easily switches off on the side. The top graphic is removable and replicable without much effort if you want to rebrand it in any way, too. I even had a couple of questions that I asked the manufacturer about after I got it and they were super responsive and helpful; they sent me diagrams and information and were a pleasure to deal with. It was also shipped very well - it was very well packed with added protection on the corners and major failure points. I work with a company that does a lot of shipping, and I can say this was very adequately packed. In fact, that's one thing you should expect after receiving it - you will have a lot of materials to dispose of: cardboard, braces, foam, strapping, etc. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the metal shelves are just barely too short to allow you to put a column of five cans of soda from front to back on them. You'll get 4, and the 5th one just won't quite make it. I recognize that this may have been done intentionally to prevent overcrowding and kill air flow -- but, it is a little annoying. Oh, and on the very bottom, there are some raised stripes that run front to back as well, making any smaller items you put down there want to tip and tilt. So if you want to put some taller items down there, beer bottles or similar, you should look for a mesh panel of some kind that can sit on the bottom and give you a flat area without obstructing airflow, etc. Minor issues, in my opinion.
