This has been one of the worst purchases ever. It arrived with water lines not attached flooding the floor. No service tech in area. They funded have price and was able to attach line myself. I just got the refrigerator today and I have been in the restaurant business since 1982 so I could pretty much tell what the deal is within a day except for the obvious long term reliability which remains to be seen : 1. The unit cools product cold enough but it does have a weird cycle. It stays off longer than any unit that I have seen even if you put it on the highest setting. 2. The unit makes a bit too much noise but it's not unbearable. 3. It is a very sleak looking and decently built unit overall. I got the 9 CU FT. unit and it is very easy to move around too. 4. The light is perfectly suited to the unit. Well lit but not overly so. 5. Delivery was a bit rough and from what other reviewers have said was similar to my situation. There was a scratch several inches long X 1/4 inch wide on the side of the unit. I don't consider it a big deal though. I used a permanent black marker to cover it up and it's hardly visible. The reviews here are what influenced my color choice. Black , imo is easier to fix. Other than that the delivery was better than timely. It was a day early. I was surprised to see that. ... show more

I was nervous at first. My neighbor called to ask what was delivered because the guys let it fall off the dolly and buried to leave. Its packaged like a champ!!! We have it in the garage for drinks and is perfect. Its not noisy. Holds temperature. Holds alot for not taking up much room.
