I was somewhat hesitant to order such a large appliance for my business but I’m so glad I did! I read all of the reviews on this cooler and gave it a shot. It arrived in a large rental truck, lying flat on its side. The driver unloaded and delivered the fridge, even offering to set it up. There is a small amount of damage on the top but appears to be made during shipping and not the fault of the seller. My husband and I easily unboxed, slid it into place, and let stand for several hours so the coolant was level. Within 15 minutes of plugging it in it was cold inside. There was a little rattle but nothing like our commercial ice machine noise. I loaded it up, placing a container of cold candy bars on the bottom shelf, and the rattle immediately stopped. This machine is very quiet when full and very cold. I have looked locally for a commercial drink cooler but couldn’t find anything under $10k. This cooler is very much worth the money! ... show more

This product is beautiful and appears to be very well made but I had to return it only because it didn't serve a specific purpose for me. I needed it to cool to 32 degrees. It in fact cooled to 33-34 degrees but only on max cool setting which is only recommended for a short time. Bottom line, it's perfectly suitable for cooling drinks. My experience with customer support was outstanding. Communication between myself and Genesis was almost instantaneous. Genesis arranged for a pickup at my house and that worked out without a hitch. This was most appreciated because returning a refrigerator could have been a real hassle but not with this vendor. Thank you Genesis! ... show more

This is all I was looking for in a beverage fridge. Great space and works well. The fan is mounted to a flimsy piece of metal and rattles non stop when the fan kicks on. You will have to take the bottom cover off and wedge something between the metal and frame for the vibration to stop. Simple fix that should be fixed by the manufacturer before shipping the fridge. ... show more

We ordered the fridge and it came in severely dented. We returned it and got another one, and that also came in severely dented. This left us with hours spent breaking down huge boxes and having broken refrigerators sitting in our house for weeks until they were picked back up. That said, the product looks amazing and would be exactly what I wanted if it wasn’t damaged. This would be a 5 star review if I could have a product delivered that didn’t have massive dents in it. ... show more

Showed up damaged as a lot of reviews acknowledged. Superficial damage. Keeps a good temp (32-38) AT THE "4" setting. Will freeze at the "6" or max setting. Very efficient.

This fridge was bought for my new in home bar, i had a nook built for it to slide right into place!! I received the fridge with shipping damaged a dent on the right side and it was smushed at the top left side.I plug the fridge in (to make sure it worked properly) and then I contacted the seller to inform them of the shipping damage and told them I would keep the damaged fridge as long as it functioned properly, but wanted a discount off! They respond with in 15 min asking for pictures of the damage (as expected) I sent the pictures and about 1 hour later Amazon sent me a notification saying that a discount was being processed… They were so fast, and the discount was more then I was expecting!!! This company’s customer service was a 10 out of 10. As the bad reviews say the light permanently stays on but if you open the door at the top you will find a on/off switch so you can have it off or on all the time…and there is slight condensation that runs down the inside back panel but nothing a paper towel can’t fix!!! This fridge gets VERY COLD, VERY FAST!! It’s very quite and the capacity was larger then I expected!!! This fridge does lock which is a cool feature, the only thing I didn’t check was the handle was a right swing only and cannot be swapped!!! So I had to make some adjustments to my custom built nook!!! I will try to add pictures after full installation is completed!!! ... show more
