It’s a really good product but it’s gets really hot. There’s three levels: low, medium, high. I have to use medium so it doesn’t damage my hair and sometimes medium isn’t hot enough so the only option would be high but high is too hot. So idk. But it’s good quality. Just wouldn’t use it all the time to avoid heat damage or just use a low setting but low settings may not get the job done. ... show more

Very happy with this hair styler. Not only is it dual-voltage, which allows me to use it when traveling internationally, it works really well. The autowrap curler actually works better than on my Dyson Coanda2X. If I'd bought this one first, I wouldn't have bought the Dyson, which is not dual voltage and almost 6 times the cost. It seemed like it would be perfect with dual voltage and all the attachments I was looking for. It's nicely contained in a travel bag and seems high quality. But it had two fatal flaws for me. First, there are 3 heat levels, which. normally would be fine. However, the lowest level is too cool to be useful for styling. The mid level goes right to scorching hot - way too hot for my needs. The highest level is beyond scorching - hair damaging, scalp burning hot. I could have tried to manage the mid level but the second problem is the placement of the temperature buttons. They're right where you hold the dryer so if you're working on styling your hair they are continuously changing just from the motions of your hands. I tried holding the unit higher or lower but it was awkward and they were still in the way. Sadly returning it. ... show more
