The media could not be loaded. We got the gold after reading mixed reviews. Decided to take the risk and spend on this item. However we regret our decision: 1. Instead of one constant color throughout, you’ll see different colors on each part of the item: each item is slightly different color than the other and it looks cheap. One is not even gold, it is champagne. 2. Shower heads are not good and I am super sad I did not notice these while our contractor was here. 3. One of the shower heads is useless. So you are paying basically for one functional showerhead and that one is not as strong as others we have a home. 4. Water flow is low—- toooo low! This was not an issue before changing to this one. 5. Heavy in hand, and heavy on its own holder, so, while you are showering or while trying to fix it, keeps moving around. (For women with kids or pets, do not buy this. It’s heavy if it’s fall, and you won’t be able to adjust it for long duration. 6. Two shower heads are so close that it is not easy to adjust. They touch each other and create scratches. 7. Haven’t had one calming or relaxing shower since remodeled this bathroom. If you are on older side and want to relax, this is not for you. If you are on larger size, this will not cover all your body to wash over all areas, it’s useless, or if you are one of those athletic ones and need quick efficient shower this will disappoint you. I’m 5’7” — 150lbs and I have to rotate in 20 different directions to get the water on me and ensure I’m clean. Disappointed! For the price, and non-functionality compare to other brands and styles (including all those cheap ones we have tired before) we do not recommend this item. Keep looking and don’t come back to this item. ... show more
