I was surprised and pleased that this chair was easy to put together and it had so many options The price was great . I used it for recovery after hip surgery. It was comfortable and allowed me to get out of chair safely. It also fully reclined to be a bed!

This is an extremely well made lay-flat recliner. I have hip surgery coming up (not replacement) and since I live in a traditional 2 story house, I wanted a recliner that could replace a bed for 3–4 weeks since I will not be able to climb stairs. I have been looking since September, reading all the reviews, asking questions of the manufacturers. I also wanted a company that would stand behind their product with a warranty. Based on all my research, I decided I wanted this chair, although the price was a bit high for me. Although I preferred the cream color, when this color of chair had a special Black Friday price… I had to get it. This chair comes in 3 boxes which are awkward to move… they did not all come at the same time. Unfortunately the guy delivering the heaviest box decided to deliver the box to the garage, not the door. Of course my house has the door on one end of the house, while the garage is at the other end. This is a delivery person gripe, not the chair or the company. I do hope the company registers a complaint with the shipping company as I’m sure they paid for this botched delivery. I find the chair to be very comfortable with plenty of stuffing. The mechanics work very well and are simple to set up. Movement is quiet and very smooth. Arm rests are in just the height for me & again are very cushy. The side table is very convenient and I’m delighted to say the charging disk next to the cup holder is strong enough to charge my iPhone even through a protective cover. I think this chair will help me get through those first couple of weeks post surgery. ... show more

I really like the chair now that it's finally assembled, and my son was able to put it together quickly. However, the delivery process was very frustrating. The chair arrived in multiple boxes, but they were delivered over a span of 72 hours instead of all on the same day. That meant I had to wait three days before I could even assemble and use the product. Many people who order this type of chair have mobility issues or physical limitations. It's already difficult enough to move the heavy boxes into the house, so having to wait days for the remaining parts is a major inconvenience. If the chair must ship in three separate boxes, that's understandable—but all of the boxes should be delivered together on the same day. The product itself is great, but the delivery experience definitely needs improvement. ... show more

First - this chair is not leather. It is also not beige either, but more creamy yellow. I was very disappointed, but my husband who is 6'2" and has trouble getting out of a chair, finds it works for him. The remotes are cumbersome and confusing. I wish I had read ALL the reviews because I would not have bought the chairs if I had. Sadly, it is too late to send them back as the boxes are all recycled.
