I got this chair in preparation for my hip surgery in a few weeks. Well made. Exceptional chair for the price. Smooth transition and the leather is gorgeous. I normally don't do reviews, but was beyond please with this chair and felt I needed to. The chair is beautiful and easy to put together. Instructions were in the accessory box and both boxes came fast and on same day. I'm 4'11" 200 lbs and bought this for an upcoming abdomen surgery. The length would be great for for anyone my height up to I'd say 5'10". Any taller go for a larger chair. It's a little long for me, but then again so is everything. Extremely comfortable and heat is an extra bonus. The messages is more like just a vibrate, but I didn't buy the chair for that. The chair lays all the way back, I mean all the way, and you dont have to lift the back to have it lift you up off the chair on your feet - this was a plesant suprize. The quality of leather and holes in structure (arms)was just annoying. Poorly structured Wobbled. Felt as if falling apart while seated in it and moving. The seat felt like cardboard. It feels cheap. Great sturdy lift, but it’s just “ugly.” It’s not so nice looking. Bad seller!!! The product is not quality. Dusty blite issue. They will charge you $200 to return this product. Don’t get stuck in their game. Amazon A-z is ineffective. They tell you a different story daily. It’s such a scam company now. Between Amazon and Trustyue I don’t know who is worse. I purchased this chair to sleep in and make it easy for me to get up and down, be independent after a double mastectomy and it is literally the BEST purchase I've ever done. It was easy to put together and works great. I was able to lay back almost flat and lift me to an almost standing position without the need to use my two arms. I would rate this chair as a 5 except for 2 things. First, the chair’s control system could be better organized. I frequently hit the wrong switch when trying to recline or stand. The selector switch is arranged horizontally rather than vertically. This means remembering front back or rear stand. (A little too much for me to remember.). If it were arranged vertically it would be easier to perform the task. Second, it could recline a little more. The product is easy to assemble and te price is excellent. My dad absolutely LOVES this chair. It's fairly sturdy. The dual motors provide a sense of security (i feel). Assembly was a breeze, the instructions were very clear. It's very comfy, not too firm and not too soft. About the only complaint I could have is the seat depth. You have to work a bit to fully sit your butt back into the chair. ... show more

Love the chairs looks ,haven’t had it but a month so it’s hard to make a just call on quality. My husband is 5’7” and it says from 5’1” to 5’ 9” but his feet hang off too far it hurts his calves.he does enjoy the operations except the keg part needs to go a little higher !
