I got this chair in preparation for my hip surgery in a few weeks. Well made. Exceptional chair for the price. Smooth transition and the leather is gorgeous. Loved the first one so much I bought another one within days. Doesn’t take up a lot of space in upright position and the recline is super comfortable. Nice lumbar support. I’m 5’3” and my feet hang a little over foot rest. Best part is it doesn’t look like a recliner or a lift recliner.

I normally don't do reviews, but was beyond please with this chair and felt I needed to. The chair is beautiful and easy to put together. Instructions were in the accessory box and both boxes came fast and on same day. I'm 4'11" 200 lbs and bought this for an upcoming abdomen surgery. The length would be great for for anyone my height up to I'd say 5'10". Any taller go for a larger chair. It's a little long for me, but then again so is everything. Extremely comfortable and heat is an extra bonus. The messages is more like just a vibrate, but I didn't buy the chair for that. The chair lays all the way back, I mean all the way, and you dont have to lift the back to have it lift you up off the chair on your feet - this was a plesant suprize. This chair will be a like saver - glad I purchased and the price wasn't bad for what you get 100% worth it.

I bought this chair based on some decent reviews and Amazon recommendation. The chair arrived as scheduled with no shipping damage. After assembling the chair, the massage function did not work...the seller was unhelpful, but I did find that a cable was buried deep within the chair and connected it to the massage control, which then worked. Very time consuming to figure this out. The chair itself appears well made, but is very uncomfortable. The cushions are quite firm, and the seating area is small for a taller person. The worse problem is that the leg support is too short and the cushion hard...so it hurts my ankles. I wanted to return the chair. It turns out the policy requires the buyer to pay return shipping! In this case, that cost almost exceeds the cost of the chair..making the return policy worthless. Amazon plays a part in this deception. The description states that the return policy follows amazon return policy...as a very long term amazon customer, I expected a free return for a product with significant problems. No. Even if the chair had been badly damaged, the buyer still has to pay a ridiculous return shipping cost! Lesson learned. Never buy an expensive product from Amazon that does not specifically include FREE returns, and ships from Amazon. Overall, an very disappointing purchase. Amazon needs to more accurately note when return shipping is NOT covered.

I usually don't review any item I order unless it's terrible however this lift chair was packaged beyond belief, so much added protection for shipping like plastic wrapped each piece, plastic guards over all metal points, internal corner guards for the boxes for the chair, and best of all extra cardboard for when cutting boxes open, they have thoroughly thought of every little thing to prevent damage, and added FedEx delivered it let's face it everyone at FedEx treats packages like a day at the gym lol, absolutely no damage and assembly was easy for me, only 4 stars because bottom of shins down hang over footrest, not really a footrest lol more of a shinrest I also bought the genuine leather

I purchased this chair to sleep in and make it easy for me to get up and down, be independent after a double mastectomy and it is literally the BEST purchase I've ever done. It was easy to put together and works great. I was able to lay back almost flat and lift me to an almost standing position without the need to use my two arms. Nice color, it's not bulky but still comfortable enough to sleep in it for 2 months until I was able to use my bed.

My dad absolutely LOVES this chair. It's fairly sturdy. The dual motors provide a sense of security (i feel). Assembly was a breeze, the instructions were very clear. It's very comfy, not too firm and not too soft. About the only complaint I could have is the seat depth. You have to work a bit to fully sit your butt back into the chair.

The chair is great, seems to be sturdy and well made. However, the directions for assembly miss several electrical connections. They aren't hard to figure out, but they are not mentioned anywhere in the directions. All of the connections except one have clips to keep them stable. We had to tape the final connection as it slipped out of place often. Finally, this may not be the chair for someone with ANY cognitive difficulties. The control panel of the chair is not at all intuitive and what each button controls is not clear. Each button performs several functions, which is really hard, if you have any memory or problem solving difficulties. The remote does not have enough room for the functions to be labeled.
