Poor quality control. For the price you pay, you’d expect a little better quality. Two small cracks at the bottom of the unit. Inspections are very vague and were translated from Chinese with poor grammar. Requires non conventional installation as opposed to other modern floor toilets. This unit requires drilling into the concrete floor, set up anchors, and then drill thin stainless steel screws to secure the plastic base anchors. Then, these anchors will be attaching to the unit itself via even thinner long stainless steel screws. The parts are simply screaming low quality. Once installed, you will see plastic chrome caps on each side of the unit, aesthetically unpleasant. Other 5 star reviews make me wonder if it was bots and not real humans. UPDATE: Narrowed down the leaking issue. The toilet is leaking water in both rear corners of the unit. The bowl ring is perfectly dry. Watched how the droplets form on each of the rear corners. Super disappointed. Returned both units. Thankfully, Amazon is doing the pick up for free. Stay away and dont buy this unit, garbage.

It took some time to install. It takes up a lot of space in terms of volume. It's small at the back and looks weird when leaning against the toilet seat. Apart from that, it has a comfortable, clean, and stylish appearance.

I had an experienced Plummer scratching his head for three hours to figure out the installation. Mainly because it differs from the traditional ones. As a result, I ended up paying so much more to install it than the price tag of the unit itself.

I got the model 6666, which is the elongated one-piece, dual flush. I've installed many toilets, and usually do it by myself. But this is so heavy, you're going to need help. And I'm installing this on the second story, and getting it up the stairs wasn't fun. But this is an amazing value for a modern toilet that feels fancy. We're updating a house, and definitely wanted a dual flush, but also wanted something that felt modern and a bit fancy without breaking the bank. One of the main features of this is that it's tall, making it great for people with mobility issues, or anyone who doesn't like short toilets. This is also space saving, it hugs the wall more than most toilets, and it's narrower. It's only about 14.5 inches wide, whereas the average toilet is 20 inches wide. It's the same rough-in as an average toilet, 12-inches (this can vary, but the vast majority of standard toilets are 12 inches rough-in). However, this is elongated, but has the same footprint of a round toilet. This is 27 inches long, which is the average length of a round toilet, which I hate (never feel big enough). But the average elongated toilet is 30 inches or more. I know all of this only adds up to a few inches, but for a lot of bathrooms (especially our old bathroom) every inch counts. I don't really care for the plastic toilet seat, but even our expensive toilet (we paid twice this much) are making plastic seats these days. But it is a soft close seat, which is nice. Two features I really like. First, it has a high gloss finish which makes it easier to clean (inside and outside). Second, the toilet seat is the kind that you can remove easily (quick release) without unscrewing anything. This is a life saver for cleaning. The toughest part to clean on any toilet is always under the seat hinges, and this makes it so easy. Thumbs up.

Weird, not US plumbing standard! Husband is a 40 year home builder and stated he’s NEVER SEEN THIS TYPE OF INSTALLATION. Does not fit standard US floor mounting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
