I have successfully installed and tested the machine, by myself everything is working perfectly. The step by step book was amazing and very detailed. Super Easy setup I have printed several pages cured them, and applied them. The first 2 prints were not good as to much ink had been dispensed and hadn’t dried. I adjusted the ink ratios and opacity and every print after that was perfect. The curing process also was very easy to do. Everything worked perfectly.

Honestly I was not happy at first , but I reached out a couple times and was told Sam would be helping get my printer working and he did a awesome job it took a couple of hours with installation and making sure it would print and it did Sam was very patient and knowledgeable and again patient so thank you again Sam for your help setting up my printer

Never could get it to print successfully had to return. They tried to send us a part we will have to install Ourselves. Will update the return process once complete UPDATE ! We returned printer in 2 of July and they are not refunding us

I love love love the printer and the Oven. They are both awesome and work great. The printers maintenance is not too difficult and has a built in stirrer for the white ink. As of yet, I've not had any major issues. However, Customer service is another story. Their lack of response for the first couple of days were really tough for me when I felt I needed them by my side to make sure I would be okay to set the printer up especially when their little postcard that comes with the order tells you not to set it up alone that they must set it up for you...I was in a time crunch with orders and could not wait any longer for them to respond, so I took a chance and did it myself. For the most part it was not difficult, but I am familiar with DTF printing and working different softwares and printers, so that may be why it wasn't too difficult in comparison to someone who may be don't have any experience, they would be totally lost. However, during installation of the software I did hit a snag at the end and had no one to help me or assist me or get me through it. This still has not been resolved...They want you to reach out to them on Whatsapp which I did. But what I soon learned was that when they do respond to you, it will be in the middle of the night. So of course our time zones are totally different so it's of no help to you. Another thing was me trying to navigate purchasing supplies through them. It took me forever where I actually ran out of white ink because no one was forthcoming with the information of where I needed to get my ink from. So when I finally figured it out and they finally gave me the information I was already out of white ink even though I had been asking. Where do I get my supplies from? Because I knew I was going to run out and I did which caused a major delay. Another thing is that when you do order ink you have to order a whole set of ink instead of just the white ink which I was good on every color except for the white so I had to pay for a whole set at $100 a set of ink just to get the white I needed which is a major downfall for me because I always run out of the white ink very quickly with the images that I print. I had to ask questions which should have been forth coming to me without me having to ask. The manual doesn't give much information at all, so if you're kind of in a bind or stuck, you're going to have to more than likely go on YouTube or in some kind of Facebook group. But this particular printer's brand, I can't find anyone who has one which is crazy because this printer is awesome. I mean really awesome. But I guess because it is a Epson l1800 it's very similar in comparison to other ones of the same model... Now I'm not saying I haven't gotten any any support because I have but the support is always off with time... I usually figure it out before I get an answer... I kind of feel like this is a new company and they are learning along with me lol.... The installation is in another language... But it shows what to select.. I definitely think this printer was worth the money. I have no complaints about the printer. It's the lack of support and the different time zones. That's really the hardest plus I feel like support doesn't really know much. The oven is also AWESOME, like with a capital A. It comes with a filter on the side so there is no gases or smell that escapes, everything stays inside so you don't even have to worry about the smells that's coming from the oven. I can't say enough about this oven. I love it. Overall, this is a great deal, especially if you have some experience in DTF printing. It may be a bit harder if you have no experience. I don't regret my decision. Like I said, I really love this printer and love the oven. I'm Glad I purchased it.

Komhow tech support goes above and beyond to get you going. The company gives you everything to print your first 4 shirts except heat press. I recommend this product because if the patience and knowledge of their techs and quality of your their products. This machine is a WINNER.
