Nice handy little straightener. Comes with gloves which is very nice. It tugs on the hair a little bit too much for my liking. I don't have a pixie cut but it's done a pretty good job at curling/straightening some of the finer strands of my hair as normal straighteners are a little too bulky for me. Perfect for getting the roots!

I like this tiny little flat iron.. it's small enough to get the tiny hairs, like edges, short styles, very back of head "kitchen" where hair doesn't grow well, and either make them flat or curled. It's compact for packing. You would want a second iron if you have long and short hair as this would take forever on the longer hair areas.

The flat iron is small, a great size for traveling. It is easy to hold and use. The cord swivels to help with the ease of use.. Its operation only requires the use of two buttons, power and temperature. There is also a lock to keep the iron closed when not in use. When I turned the iron on it was set at 370 and it heated up in less than one minute. There are multiple temperature settings to choose from, ranging from 250-450. The iron has a sleek design and looks nice but it’s so lightweight it seems cheap. It comes with a carrying case, heat protection gloves and a user manual.

I don't have short hair but I do have bangs. It is very annoying to heat up the big flat iron for my bang straightening. This little gem does the Job. It heats up fast and won't do more than a small hank of hair. There is one glove included and that is all you need. One hand controlling the iron and the other working with the hair. I don't have a need to straighten all my hair daily, just my bangs. This works very well and is easy to operate with the switch on the top of the handle. It also comes with a soft travel bag for the flat iron which comes in handing for packing.

Since I have super short & spiky hair, I haven't used a curling iron in years! But — what happens between cuts is the spikes start dropping which gives me a more mushroom shape/old lady look that is NOT what I like… Ordered this small size iron to try to straighten pieces & then use product and — It’s Awesome! ~ Heats up fast, ~ is easy to handle, ~ & turns itself off if you forget. ~ I’ve been using the middle heat setting & it’s plenty. ~ Price (currently @ $17.99) is very reasonable for a great little styling tool. This is the perfect size for curling my baby hairs. I’m able to get close enough where I don’t accidentally burn myself. It heats up fast and curls well. I also tried curling small pieces of my hair and it did very well.

This is perfect for shorter hair when you don't need a huge plate. It's so much easier to maneuver, and takes very little time to heat up. The straightener comes with protective gloves (nice extra) so you can get even closer to the roots. There is also a small bag, which I probably won't use, but it's there if you want it. The price is right, so overall this is an excellent buy for a thinner flat iron.
