The speakers themselves are great but the way they were packaged and shipped was horrible. Both boxes were torn up. Heavy little speakers were only put in an Amazon shipping bag no bubble wrap. Luckily the speakers survived.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure if it works but I can say that the packaging is horrific and my product looks old and used and definitely damaged… I got it out and it felt like it had been thrown around on the concrete. Opened it up and the box was destroyed including the speaker itself! This is unacceptable! This the 2nd one I’ve ordered! The first speaker look new and it works perfectly fine! ... show more
