These replaced my OEM paper cone factory door tweeters in my 2002 Chevy Silverado 3500. I can’t believe how much better the sound was with these, and this was with my factory head unit. I have since installed a new head unit, a 2000w 5 channel amp, all new door speakers and two 10” subs in a sealed enclosure under the back seat. These tweeters can easily handle the increased power supplied to them and they sound amazing! I can hear amazing highs that my old speakers just couldn’t reproduce at all! These tweeters were priced in the low $30 range. Similar tweeters from other suppliers are 2-3 times that price. I highly, highly recommend these speakers! 😄 ... show more

I love DS18 with everything in my music loving soul. However, I want to be transparent with my review and not biased. I cannot tell you how many DS18 products I have purchased and then have had to replace in a matter of days to a couple months. I purchased this set of tweets. They arrived on a Tuesday. By Monday the following week, I noticed an imbalance in my system. Realizing that one of the tweets stopped working. I love DS18 and I will never degrade this company, but I just would like people to know to be prepared to have back up speakers on hand or to be willing to accept the fact that your speakers may work today, next week. But what about the week afterwards? It may not. Even with as perfect of a properly matched amp. It’s like the bass blocker that is attached just gives up on its job. Decent quality. Great sound. Lacking longevity. Doesn’t truly seem to take the power that it is rated. I’ll still be the fool to continue to buy their products vs spending 3x as much on another ... show more
