The media could not be loaded. ::UPDATE: 11/22/2018:: Seven months of use and everything is still working flawlessly! And I do mean flawlessly. The one defective LED has somehow managed to heal itself over the last couple of months and is no longer faulty. I'll likely switch to a different set of LED fans in the future, once I upgrade my motherboard to one that supports RGB sync. But for now, this is the best set you can get for the price point if you have an older motherboard that is unable to sync your various RGB components. ::EDIT: 05/06/2018:: Bumped my rating back up to five stars for outstanding customer service. While I was not able to be issued a replacement for the one defective fan, I was issued a nearly 45% refund for my trouble. This worked well for me as I'll only end up using five of these fans down the road once I add a certain liquid cooler to my setup. My advice would be to inspect each fan's lights (run through all of the colours) to ensure they are working properly before final install. ::EDIT 05/03/2018:: I didn't notice the defect, at first, but one LED is defective (uppermost front fan in the video). It doesn't light up blue. This means it also can't create any colors that require blue (i.e. green, white, purple, pink, etc). So I have one LED that doesn't match the rest 80% of the time. Very disappointing as I tossed the boxes and cannot return the defective fan. Knocked one star down. ::ORIGINAL REVIEW 04/19/2018:: I recently purchased a used gaming rig that was in need of a facelift. I dismantled and cleaned all the existing parts and transferred everything to a new case and chose these Leddess RGB halo fans to add to it. This was my first time putting a computer together and I had no idea what I was doing. (Thanks, YouTube!) The Leddess fans did not come with a manual, and I couldn't find specific information online, but I managed to figure out the installation process easily enough. Things to take note of: - You must plug the fans directly into the Leddess fan hub (included in the package), not the motherboard. - Hub will plug into a 4-pin molex power cord. - You cannot control these lights with your motherboard. Lighting effects are controlled by the included remote. There are tons of lighting options! - There is no way to adjust fan speed. The speed of the LED lights, however, can be changed using the remote control. - Hub is a bit fat. You can mount it anywhere you'd like, but pay attention to it's thickness. I mounted mine on the back of the case (it mounts using a pre-attached 3M adhesive strip) and it just BARELY lets me close the back panel. Barely. - The hub can control up to ten fans and an additional two light strips! - LED light strips are available from Leddess and will plug into the same hub to synchronize with the fan lights. - If you find a color pattern you like, you can press the "On" button to freeze the animation (see video). - Unlike most RGB fans I've seen, these light up on both sides! Great for tempered glass cases. Considering the price point of six RGB fans for $45-50, these are a steal despite the minor drawbacks. I'm hoping Leddess will start selling single packs so I can grab a seventh fan. I'd also like to see 140mm fans that match. Very happy with my purchase! ... show more

Took a chance on these fans and was absolutely pleased. For the price they are great. Just got into building PC’s again and I can’t believe fans cost upwards to $70-$100 dollars. I don’t understand what the noise complaint is about. They are quiet, they only way to really hear them is when you put them at max speed. Then don’t put it at max speed, fixed the problem. Upgraded the look of my build, the lighting effects are great and the fans work as they should. These are non addressable RGB fans so you control the effects with a remote. My mobo doesn’t support ARGB. 6 Rgb fans for 32 dollars. Simply buy it. ... show more

These are not a bunch of Noctua fans, pretty noisy and not much by way of CFM. But they also cost a fraction of what the premiums do. My only gripe is they will randomly turn on if they have power supplied to them. Also you can't change the fan speeds if the lights are not on. Have to turn the lights on, adjust fans and then shut the lights back off. Not that big of a deal. ... show more

these fans are very decent if you need cheap fans for your case, as i did. the dots on the fans are not really my style as i like a more fluid RGB but at this price point u cant complain about it, came with all kinds of lighting modes ( i liked the breathing one) i bought a similarly priced item with 6 fans as well to compare the 2 and each had their advantages, for one i might have gotten a bad batch but the other fans i ordered came with a rattle if mounted on top, BUT they were easy to wire and came with SATA connections to power the fan hub, NOW, these fans are great with 0 rattle and quality was nice, BUT it was MOLEX (ewwwww) which added another wire to my PSU (eeww cable management ) im still using them for my build , going on my 2nd with these things, still going strong more than a year in. 9/10 would recommend if youre looking for a cheap alternative to those looking to build a budget pc but need some fans, if you have the cash fork it over to name brand products since they are higher quality and youll have a less chance of getting a bad batch as idk what the QC is on these atm ... show more

I went ahead and put both builds on PC Part Picker with links to Amazon, people really dig them! I figured after 12 fans, I wouldn't be TOO upset if one failed, but no issues yet. They install easily with the short fat screws or the longer thin ones. The control unit has the option for more fans, and also 2 light strips so you can expand a bit. If you want to custom order, just ask in the question section, I got a quick response there. At full speed they are somewhat audible, but my GPU fans drown it out at 60% and I don't NEED to run these fans at full unless I max out the GPU and CPU gaming and streaming. They are nice and bright, but have dimmer control, speed control and more built into the remote. The only downside is having to cycle through a long list of options with up/down arrow keys lol kind of absurd but I didn't hold it against them because that seems to be typical of RGB that isn't controlled on the motherboard. The RGB gives a very cool looking effect to the fan blades as well as the case itself that is difficult to capture on camera (I tried, a lot) All in all, it seems as good as most of the RGB fan sets out there, and the price was great. I've used them with a Ryzen 1200/R9 380 system which they are more than enough for, and they also do very well in a Ryzen 2600/RX 580 system I plan to sell.
