Even though this item can be used either inside or outside a dog crate as mentioned in the description, I bought this item to be placed under the dog crate that I assembled before bringing my recently adopted shelter dog home with me. I had new vinyl plank flooring installed in 2022 and I wanted something to protect the floor from possibly getting scratched. The size is perfect and fits nicely under the dog crate. Since the flooring color is a "white wash gray", this pad looks nice against the floor. I would definitely buy this item again and recommend this to anyone looking to protect their wood floors from being scratched. :)

I love this! It’s perfect for puppy training. It’s soft and very absorbent . Larger than I expected which is fine with me. The material reminds me of the liner in the trunk of older cars. Cleans off with a hose and dries in 5 minutes in the sun. Very happy to find this!

Worked great I wish the size allowed enough to put in the kennel and under but I could buy a second one. It did well protecting the floor at a b and b I stayed at from my dogs carrier and my back seat on the way home. Would be easy to cut to shape seemed good quality.

I like that this is thin and lays flat right after opening. The edges have not flipped up at all. I have not washed it so I do not know how it holds up. Only downside of it being very thin is that the rug pile is smoother than other rugs. Because of this the dog food bowl stand slides off rug when she is eating.
