I really wanted to love this product. 2nd day I had it two of the bristles fell out of the flat brush and made a big mess I figured two bristles whatever it's been about a month and nearly all the bristles have fallen out of the flat brush so I have to use the round one which I don't like because I don't curl my hair but I paid so much money for it but I use it just because I have to there's no replacement flat brush another thing is that it was used before I received it there was obviously where and a piece of garbage on the inside of the box it had already been opened.

I will start by saying I love that this comes with the different attachments as I’ve never had anything that did before. It feels very high quality and easy to hold. With that being said, I have very fine hair that usually doesn’t take long to dry but this took about double the time compared to others I have tried. It does leave my hair looking really nice but sometimes I just don’t have the time or patience but with the price I’m not sure that id personally recommend.

Works ok, but 2 design flaws make me want to return product but it's been over 1 month. I've used this tops 5 times. Design flaws: very difficult to hold and handle easily, gave up on the oval brush and went for the straight dryer attachment. I really do not like the bulky box in the middle of the cord, it gets in the way of using the blow-dryer, don't know any reason that it needs to be there. If I could return it, I would.

I absolutely love this! I hate blow drying my hair, I get hot and start sweat and takes way to long to blow dry my hair. I had been looking at all the different brands and decided on this for price. It usually takes a minimum of 30 minutes and that’s if I’m just trying to get some of the dampness out, 40 or if I’m going for complete dryness. TWENTY MINUTES from start to finish!!! I see where people had issues but truly a game changer for the winter months for me as I usually just air dry because of the hassle!

For reference, I have very long, medium-thick hair that takes a very long time to dry. I dread washing my hair because it's a whole process (why I haven't cut it is beyond me). I'm always looking not only for products that will make it "fun" to style my hair but also ones that will help me cut down on clutter. This dryer is one that I think is pretty cool because of the multiple attachments it comes with. I very recently got into the round brush dryers, so I was excited that that was one of the attachments for this one. I will say that for my hair needs, the only two attachments that really work best for me are the round brush and the dryer. For starters, the attachment heads are fairly easy to swap. The first couple of times though, I kept pressing down and nothing would happen but then I figured it out. This is also a bit loud, which I was hoping wasn't the case. But I guess it is what it is with hair dryers. The drying power on this is not as strong as I'd like. I compared the round brush with another I own and they are somewhat similar but the other one is still a little faster. Overall though, this still works well and since I have so much hair and several layers, I end up just going section by section. The dryer attachment alone does pretty well to just dry all over, but still also takes some time. When I'm in a big rush, I use my regular old hair dryer so I can just go crazy with it and then style. I love the extra long cord though. That is a big advantage for me as I hate being stuck to just one spot in the bathroom. I can move around as needed. This is also what I'd consider a minimalist product because I can store it upright vs my other hair dryers that seem to take up more space. It also is lightweight, which is great since anything heavy I have to hold upright or above my head hurts my back. All in all, I think that this is a good product and if I had less hair, it would work just perfectly for me and go so much faster.
