The liquid chocolate center of the fudge ones is not good, let's be real. But everything else about these is great. The ice cream is respectable even if not amazing, the cones are always crisp and delicious, the solid milk chocolate coating is perfect, and the caramel sauce is much better than you might expect. These are wonderful and addicting. I wish I'd never met these because I have put on 20lbs of ice cream weight LOL! It's the last bite that keeps you coming back. Delicious!!

    • Cones are always soggy. Even when picking up from Freeze.
I'm not sure of Amazon's handling procedures, but I've tried purchasing these multiple times in the last year and each time the cone/shell are soggy and taste terrible. Maybe it's only my store/location, but I've finally learned my lesson and will never purchase ice cream cones from Amazon Freeze again. Ironically, I've purchased these many times from a fishing resort in Ontario Canada while on vacation and they have never had the same issue. If anything I would expect a remote resort in the middle of no-where to have the problem and an Amazon fresh store in a major metropolitan area to never have the problem. But the reverse is true.
