This machine is AMAZING!!! First thing I made was frozen vanilla Greek yogurt soft serve. Sooooo good and sooo awesome to have in my house!!!!! It’s fast, effective, fun and easy to use! This is going to be amazing for healthy sweet treats for myself and my kids!!!

This does not make ice cream. It’s an expensive blender. And it does a terrible job blending. Do not buy.

    • Not a fan of the prep
Product is good, but you have to freeze the ice cream overnight in order to dispense, and that makes the machine not fun to use. Hopefully they will create a machine that you can just pour the liquid in and it will sell chill to create the soft serve.

I was very excited about getting this product. I have the original creami and was excited for the soft serve upgrade. The swirl I purchased was the certified refurbished. I’m not sure what process it goes through before being sold but I was highly disappointed. It came with a photocopy of generic instructions. No recipe books or anything like the regular ninja products come with. It had old crusty ice cream still on it. I cleaned it and gave it a whirl. The creami part worked just fine. I made the base and froze it for a day. It blended it right up. That’s why I gave it 2 stars. The soft serve side never worked. I tried every way possible, watched YouTube videos, everything. It never worked. So I returned it. They did refund my payment, although that took over a week for the whole process by the time it got sent back and they inspected it. I will try another ninja swirl but I will definitely be buying a new one. ... show more
