I picked up this drone as my first step into flying, and it’s been a really solid choice for beginners. Setup was simple—out of the box, it only took a few minutes to charge the battery, pair the controller, and get it in the air. The controls feel responsive but forgiving, which makes it easy to get the hang of. I especially like the altitude hold and one-touch takeoff/landing—features that really help if you’re new to flying. The propeller guards are also a nice touch since they’ve saved me more than once when I misjudged my landings. Battery life is about what you’d expect for a starter drone: around 8–12 minutes per charge. Having a spare battery makes a big difference, so I’d recommend picking up extras if you want longer sessions. The camera isn’t professional quality, but it’s fun for casual shots and learning how to line up angles. The build feels lightweight but durable enough to handle a few beginner crashes. It’s definitely not a drone for heavy winds, but on calm days it flies smoothly and is a lot of fun.
