Was forced to buy a belt for a wedding at a chain big and tall store and paid $40+ for one that didn't last 6 months before it's faux leather veneer separated and it began to fall apart. Looking at this one online i figured "even if it comes apart in the same amount of time, it's a quarter the price, worth a shot." and really love it. I really like this belt! Thick, heavy duty, easy to adjust, and comfortable. Very well made. I have noticed it get lose as the day goes by but I actually like that because it makes sitting more comfortable and it's super easy to give a quick inconspicuous tug to get it right back where I want it. (Hint for the chubby bubby... I put the loop above my pocket to avoid the Dunlop sitting on it all the time... Makes it easier to tighten like that as well!) ... show more

This was the first D ring belt I ever purchased, and I quickly purchased another. Most belts give you a finite hole or holes to latch the belt; this one lets you tighten or make more room depending on your meals or mood - I like it! It is well made, and looks like it will last a long time. Plus, I like the style for jeans or casual khakis, and my wife thinks so, too! ... show more

Very nice belt extremely happy except for the buckle (*See Photo) the back of the buckle against your belly can be uncomfortable, it has semi sharp points. After ten hours of wearing it ...it has caused me a red spot on my waist line near my belly-button. Now being the kind of person I am... I can grind the points off but it's a hassle and you must be VERY careful doing so. Outside of this small and very annoying issue I love it. Very durable, heavy feel, looks to be top quality craftsmanship. The tip's on back of buckle "look" rounded in the photo but they are actual uncomfortable and semi sharp to touch. I'll grind them down for better comfort that suits my needs. Yes I would order this again without worry and this vendor is FAST ! ... show more

I used for around a week, I really like it and then I gave it to my dad, he likes it too. But here is a more complete experience about the belt. Well first I like these belt styles over the ones with holes and a pin, because you can have them as tight and and loose as you prefer. This belt holded well during the days and didn't loosen at any time. Exactly as is described and it works really well. Since most pants fit differently, so do most belts and therefore belts with holes are inconsistent since the holes vary in distance. A tension belt like this fixes the problem. The two biggest issues with these sorts of belts are slipping and rolling, both problems that this belt fixes perfectly: Once the belt is turned onto the second ring and tension applied, it stays in place very securely; also since the belt is relatively thick, it doesn't roll up or bend once worn. As someone who regularly carries things on my belt, I've had zero problems on that regard.
