Chair is large and solid. Seat is higher than our old one. Old chair was only 15" wide, so this one seems huge by comparison, but it is very nice. Too heavy to easily take out places, but very nice to ride in and easy to roll. Armrests detach easily and reverse if needed. Footrests swing out of the way nicely when they aren't needed. Padding is thick and chair seems very well made. Being a Bariatric chair, it is too wide for older doors, so be aware of that. Box was ripped open in multiple places then taped back together and footrests were missing. Seller immediately authorized the return, then called to tell me he'd reimburse me for footrests if I just wanted to buy new ones instead of lugging the heavy chair to a return site. That worked better for us because the chair is very heavy and hubby really needed it. Seller wasn't at fault, but made it right for us in the easiest way possible! ... show more

Wheelchair came exactly as ordered and looked great. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I reached out directly to the seller AND THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Nicest guy and had fedex scheduled to pick up the wrong size and a new wheelchair on the way in the right size the same day. I was almost in tears with that service- you just don't get that these days, especially with a big item like this. New wheelchair was delivered 2 days later and it's exactly what I needed. Works fine, have to replace the tires though due to no traction, and square tires make for lousy turning. The tires are designed for a linoleum surface, and function poorly on anything else.

I bought this wheelchair for my granddaughter after she had a bad fall and had a crack in one of her thigh bones so she had to use it to go to college every day for over two months. It worked out great for her, easy to maneuver to her classes. I would recommend it for anyone

Worked well initially I read one of the Q and a that stated at a 3 year warranty. Began to drag pushing and pulling to one side to do said it's likely a bearing issue spoke directly with drive and they said the bearings were only covered 6 months.

Great for the price! Kind of hard to push especially on carpet. Your weight seems to be distributed more toward the front of the chair. But it is well made.
