As other reviewers have commented, the toggle button that switches from a stream to a spray of water breaks after about 6 months of use. It becomes very difficult to switch back and forth, especially when the water is on, and eventually stops working entirely. I am hoping the manufacturer will contact me about a fix, but given others have had the same issue I am guessing the only option is to get a different head for the faucet entirely. Otherwise this faucet has been great!

I installed a filter and didn't want to drill the counter top ... this faucet not only allows to reuse the same single predrilled hole but it's just has great functionality. Everything is sturdy and tight, the moving parts move as they should and the sizing and placing of the controls is very convenient. I emailed the vendor with a couple minor questions and both times they replied within hours.

This is a great faucet for those that do not want to drill another hole into a granite countertop to install a secondary source of water (like from a Reverse Osmosis unit). Trust me, most plumbers do not drill into granite. You have to hire a granite countertop guy or do it yourself before installing a reverse osmosis water faucet. I was hesitant to order an unfamiliar Chinese brand but gave it a try since it avoided me hiring out and drilling another hole into about 1.5 inches of granite. The faucet quality was high for the $109 price. Had a heavy feel and the only obvious plastic was the flat part of the sprayer head (which you don't see unless you turn the sprayer head up). The unique thing is this allows you to run Reverse Osmosis water through the secondary faucet. Regular unfiltered or softened water goes through the main faucet. I'm fairly handy but I paid a plumber to install this faucet along with an R.O. system. Unless you are super handy with plumbing you might consider hiring out if you are installing an R.O. system at the same time. The faucet comes with lots of parts for various diameter feed tubes The plumber said he had to install it a bit differently than normal. It was all good as I have a good stream of R.O. water and the regular softened water has a great stream too. The instructions included in the box are pretty minimal so it can be daunting to a novice. The main faucet provides a normal stream as well as a spray stream. There is also a temporary shut off button on the faucet head. The sprayer head disconnects easily from the mount for hand spraying and both faucet arms rotate a full 360 degrees. The R.O. faucet works off a knurled knob and works with solid precision. Finally if your granite top only has one hole: you can install it without the flat cover plate (designed to cover three countertop holes). I didn't measure the exact diameter of the fitting into the granite (about 1.5") it did barely fit though. The plumber said our granite had a standard size drilled hole though. Bottomline: Appears to be a solid faucet that should give you at least 10 years of trouble-free service. UPDATE After 1 month. I upgraded from 4 stars to 5 stars. In reality probably 4 1/2 stars. Everything has worked well after the install. The stream quality is great. The company needs to get better instructions made. So far I'm super happy with it.

We were really happy with this product. After a couple of trips to Home Depot for some different fittings were ready to go. Everything was going great until the main water handle seal is getting loose and now has a slow drip. There is no way to take apart the handle and replace or tighten the seal. HELP!

If you are looking for a true 3-in-1 system, this is exactly what you are looking for. It does what it says and it is very well made out of the box. Feels sturdy and like it will hold up. That said, the quality control on my unit was lacking. It took five days to resolve an issue with the drinking faucet only dribbling and not dispensing any water. I installed a new RO system at the same time as this faucet and so troubleshooting the issue meant troubleshooting both the system and the faucet. Not easy or fun. In the end, it turned out that the company had installed TWO fine mesh filters in the drinking faucet instead of just one which caused the water to not flow. I dented the head trying to unscrew the drinking nozzle since it was jammed on because the second filter was all bungled up inside. Reinstalled with one filter and the water flowed freely and perfectly (definitely needs one filter or else the water will jet out haphazardly). In the end, I am happy that I got it working and it really is the best unit on the market for design and function imo. Just wish QA hadn't made my life harder by not doing a better job! Moral: check your unit first!
