My chickens love these. Great price over live but still treat them with those.

    • Chicken hate these!
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
Should get a zero, my chickens won't touch these since day one ! We've tride chopping them smaller! Drying them in the sun ! They have some kind of holiday smelling oily coating on them! Of course can't return!! If a flock of chickens won't touch them , I wouldn't bother with these in my opinion!

    • My chickens liked them
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
When I opened the bag I inhaled a rich, earthy , almost meaty scent and thought “everybody’s gonna love these!” But actually not all of them did. First I offered them to my chickens . The dried crickets are pretty large, and the birds pecked at them a bit to break them up but they seemed enthusiastic and ate every bit. I soaked the crickets briefly to soften them up , and offered them to my box turtles . Now, these turtles will happily eat live, in-shell snails, just chomping right down on the the shell . So food doesn’t have to be soft. I am sure they would eat live crickets if I offered them , but they wouldn’t eat these . Wouldn’t even try them . I put some out in a bird feeder for the wild birds and, wet or dry, they wouldn’t touch these big crickets. I really can’t explain that but the chickens accept them. ... show more

I ordered this 1 lb bag of LuckyQworms Dried Crickets as a supplemental treat for our bearded dragon, and they have been an absolute success. As soon as I offered one, he went for it immediately. It's always a good sign when a picky reptile shows such enthusiasm for a new food source. The first thing I noticed upon opening the bag is that these crickets are a bit larger and more substantial than many other brands we've purchased in the past. They are impressively whole and intact, not just a bag of broken pieces, dust, and legs, which speaks to good quality control during the drying and packaging process. For an adult bearded dragon, this larger size is perfect as it provides a more satisfying crunch and a more significant treat per cricket. I was also specifically looking for a product with a strong nutritional profile, and this one delivers. The label indicates they are gut-loaded, with a crude protein content of over 65% and a very high calcium level of 12.9%. This gives me confidence that I'm providing a treat that is not only enjoyable for my pet but also beneficial to his health. Given the quality, the generous 1 lb quantity, and my dragon's enthusiastic response, this product is a clear winner. It's a top-tier treat that I would highly recommend to other reptile owners. Note: I only give 5 stars if something is truly special or 5 star worthy for something that is above and beyond with no apparent drawbacks. 4 stars is a great rating from me. 3 is: the product is fine but meh. 2 or less I'm not happy and I'll explain why. • Exactly as described
Size: 1 Pound (Pack of 1)
I tried these out as an emergency food for the reptiles. The package states you can soak in water to rehydrate. I am doing this with calcium added. the quality of the insects seems to be good. Coloration is natural and fair price for the value.
