New review-the manufacturer sent me a new product and I received it quickly. I updated to 4 stars. Since my dryer broke I have had to use this a few times. I love the temperature settings based on material you are steaming. It is lite and easy to use and comes with a glove that, although not heat resistant, is useful while steaming. The water chamber is small and had to keep refilling it, however if using for travel you don't want it to big or bulky for packing. This steamer fits nicely into a suitcase since it is slim. The steamer also comes with a piece that you can put the steamer in while it is on. This is convenient when you need to switch clothing items to steam. I placed the holder on a wooden table. when i was done steaming an item I would place the steamer into the holder to get a new item. When done the table was not even warm. The heat does not penetrate the holder. Would now recommend his item, especially with customer service. Update-the manufacturer read this review and reached out to me in an attempt to fix the problem. Because it is way past the return date they are sending me another product to try. Great customer service. Informed them that I will try this item again and then adjust review. Used it one time on a trip to Europe and it worked great. When I went to use it for the second time all that came out was hot water and left streaks on my clothes. By the time we returned from our trip, it was past the return date. Very disappointed with this purchase as it was a total waste of money.

This is the most perfect travel steamer. This hand held steamer/ iron is very good, it is easy to use, very handy and it remove al-wrinkles from your clothing. It is also compatible with all types of material whether, wool, denim, silk or cotton. What I love about it is the flexibility to use anywhere and also the head can turn in two different direction.

After third use I am greatly disappointed. This leaks internally from the area below the holding tank. It has an interior design flaw or lack of quality parts/assembly. My biggest regret is waiting so long to try this out. I have used it a total of 3 times and all within the last 2 weeks. I am outside my return window which is my fault. I will update this again based on what experience after I contact the seller for a solution. At this time I cannot recommend and suggest looking elsewhere. My original review is below I am also adding a photo of the puddle it left when I rested it in the cradle to cool. Original review below: So far seems to perform well. Heats up extremely fast and has good steam. The design is a bit interesting. At first it seemed the resting plate was useless because the iron refused to stay upright so it could do it's job until the iron cooled. Eventually I realized the cord acts as a bit of a kickstand to keep it upright, and it tends to stay more upright even without the cord providing lift when the base is inline with the handle. This appliance would benefit greatly from a longer cord as 6 ft/ 2 meters just isn't quite enough for optimal freedom on movement. Users should also be aware that one might have to refill a bit more frequently than a traditional iron or dedicated steamer. For the occasional user this will work, but look elsewhere if you iron frequently.

I got this for my daughter to use at her friend’s wedding in Guadalajara. She used it on her dress the day of the event, and she absolutely loved it! She said it worked perfectly and did the job really quickly. The size and weight are good compared to regular steamers. The water capacity is a bit limited, but it’s a travel-sized piece, so that didn’t bother her too much. It heats up fast and does a great job, so I think it will last a while. I highly recommend it and it’s worth every penny (at least for my daughter 🤣).

I missed the windows to send this back. I'm not happy with it. When I tried to steam some curtains it didn't get hot enough and took to much pulling the fabric to remove the wrinkles. It did work on a cotton blend shirt and a nylon sheer, but I had to use it on an ironing board to get the results I wanted. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
