Buy this--Dont waste your money on any other air conditioners- this is better than any window air conditioner, portable air conditioner and even beats split acs or heat pumps if you are to think of how much much it costs to get a heat pump installed for the whole house. I have had this portable air conditioner since April this year. The evaportator functions works as advertised. It is easy to install, has wheels, cools the room and surrrounding rooms excellently. It is less noisy than a portable air conditioner. The noise level is good and doesnt bother when I am sleeping but most nights I end up turning it off before I go to bed as the room is already cool from running it for a few hours in the evening. The air conditioner is well-built, I love the quality. The remote has its own spot where it magnetically attaches to the air conditioner. I can control the air conditioner through my phone and through my voice on Alexa, what more can I ask for, I love it. Looks good. There is nothing good about a standing air conditioner. Landlord made us do it. But this one looks good, performs well. Keeps a 12x18 foot room cool. Not very noisy. Electric bills not outrageous. More than a window unit, but not awful. It is easy to use, remember to empty the water as the humidity builds. The air filters are easy to clean, as well. You can attach it to an up-and-down-sliding window or a side-crank. I researched a dozen and made the right call. I got black so it wouldn't look like I had a toilet in the living room! ha And it really does melt into the surroundings. ... show more

WOW! This is the absolute coolest air conditioner I've ever used! Not only is it stylish, it's functions are second to none, in my eyes anyway. I have fans that are way way louder than this machine. I went with a less expensive model in a different brand, it didn't work as it should and had to send it back. Since it was loud and I had to empty my water bucket twice a day, I decided to up my game and splurged little more and bought this! Man, I am thrilled I did! I set it to the lowest temp of 61° in a 70° room to see what it could do. Left the room, came back not quite an hour later and it was down to 62°....brrrrr! Love all the features and the app. Everything works as intended! I would buy this unit over and over again, in a heart beat. Super easy to install too! If your in need of a great air conditioner, do not hesitate on this one! On a side note, the only thing I would change about this unit, would be the finish, I'd prefer a matte rather than shiny but I can look past all that since it works like a dream! ... show more

Wow. I really wanted this air conditioner to deliver on its promise, but it failed miserably. This “Drainage-Free” system is simply not that. I used it one time. In early March, NY. When temperatures were chilly, and humidity was very low. It ran for a few hours and then shut down because … wait for it … it had to be drained. On top of that, the evaporation system kicks out almost as much heat from the back of the unit, as the cool that comes out from the front. It’s definitely an inaccurate product description, and, possibly, defective. Don’t waste your money or time. ... show more

Never even knew these AC units exist. I got one and unfortunately I was confused with installation since I was unsure if I needed to use the weather strip or make due with the foam lining. Video provide by the company can be misunderstood, and it did not help I was trying to install this in 95 degree weather on an empty stomach. After getting it installed, and powered on, it felt like a blessing. It cooled my 8x8x7 sq ft room in less than a minute. You can move it around easily with it's wheels, has plenty of functions you can mess around with. Things to note: -The tube can interesting to maneuver around, and I would like to know if there are options of geting longer ones. I have a lot of things in my small room and it was hard to get the AC installed with the provide tube length. -Keep in mind if you have blackout blinds or non-flexible ones, and it will affect how they close and cover your window, so privacy may be affected. - Can be noisy unless if you like the white noise of an AC running - You do not need a drain tube, unless you desire less hunidity. But, I have been using it for a month and I have noticed a faint musty smell inside of it so you may need to drain or clean the unit which I will atrempt to do after this review Overall 4.3/5 stars ... show more

I bought this Portable A/C with hopes that it would cool down my room during the summer months. While it does cool down my room a little, I wouldn't say that it gets ice cold like its supposed to. In my first month I had to get it replaced due to my room not cooling. Thankfully it has a 1 year warranty. Now I got the replacement and it’s been a week, still not cooling down my room to my desired temperature, and thats using the lowest setting possible. My room is less than 150 square feet. App is awesome and the unit is great in very small spaces, but it’s not powerful enough to cool a 200 sqft space in Phoenix. The lowest we can get the temperature midday is 81 degrees. We should’ve bought the bigger unit. The noise doesn’t bother us like other people mentioned - seems comparable to other units. ... show more
